Gas delivery good but have serious questions about the fee for tank rental. Can’t get anyone local to talk to or anyone that speaks good enough English to explain issue to.. frustrating enough to cause me to change companies. Would like to speak to a knowledgeable English speaking person to resolve this issue. There is a story to why I have such a big tank and it was not my choice it was put in by your company 25 years ago way way before these changes … when the company was local. If any one cares to resolve this than I would be willing to discuss ..

Can I leave zero stars? Account has been on auto delivery and seemingly every year they do not fill the tank timely, and is empty for a week or more. Customer service has no ability to see delivery schedule to tell when or if you will receive propane. They will set an expedited one day delivery, but here we are 10 days later and no delivery.
Stay away.

The delivery was delayed by several weeks.The call center in the Philippines is terribly ineffective. The delivery person did answer some questions for me after I stopped him on the road.They don't bother to notify you by knocking on the door, but at least I did get a text when they showed up. Never seen a more ineffective business model.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Every time I reach out with an issue and am told it has been resolved, this is never the case and I always have to call multiple times to address the same issue. This has occurred multiple times regarding multiple issues - trying to schedule a delivery, issues with a delivery, a promised credit on my account for the troubles I've experienced, and most recently, just trying to sign up for convenience pay. I dread having to interact with this company and will never be using them again.

terrible company to work with! They will let you run completely out of gas just to charge extra fees in the middle of winter, they are always slow to get a delivery made even with automatic deliveries if you go through them you will most likely run out and be left in the cold while they charge you for a emergency delivery. I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy!

No 5 star experience. It's a very difficult phone system. My requests for more propane and to buy our tanks are disregarded.

I would also give minus zero—I signed up with this Company this week bc their tank was already here. The agent assured me we’d have propane by third business day! STILL NO DELIVERY! They have my money and NOONE ANSWERS TO HELP!! We are breaking our contract due to false information! Synergy was bought by Amerisuck gas company

I would give 0 stars if I could. Customer service is awful. Had to call multiple times to get a delivery scheduled. Paid additional $300 for 24-hour service it's been 72 hours and I still have no gas and no delivery schedule. Call to see what was going on they want another $55 and the prices already outrageous. 4.99 a gallon. Another local company has it for 2.66 a gallon. If I ever get this delivery it will be my last with this company. I hate you cannot talk to someone local. It's a call center in Mexico with broken English. Over priced and customer service is non-existent.

Does it really matter what we say? Try reading what I said last year because it was the same response as this yearIf you cared about the customer experience I wouldn't have the same problems this year as I did last year.

I feel bad for the local employees. We cancelled our service with them. You can never speak with a local employee when you call and all calls are sent over seas. Wish the local folks the best but we will not be doing business with Amerigas ever again.
