We enjoyed our visit and left with two trees. I am posting images of the two trees, and one more, a dogwood, so you can see just how ordinary it looks compared to the other two. Unbelievable. If you are reading this. Please go. The owners are so wonderful. The entire idea of planting these historical trees makes me so happy. I stumbled upon this nursery and am still blown away by the owners and legacy they are continuing.
American Heritage Trees combines our nation’s historic heritage with conservation. Each tree we sell offers a special significance in American history and tells an interesting story about U.S.Presidents, explorers, writers, and other key figures in our Nation’s history. Our work is undertaken in partnership with the parent tree owners. As a nonprofit, we hope to serve as a catalyst to educate Americans about their rich national heritage and provide an opportunity to own a piece of American history.
