I've lived here my entire life and I have used American Auto Body several times. Jeff has always taken great care of me and my family. He does excellent work and gets you back on the road in a reasonably time. I would highly recommend this company for any bodywork you need for your vehicle.

I’m new to this area and had an fender bender end of 2023. I was referred to AMERICAN AUTO BODY through a friend.
Jeff and American Auto Body repaired my car in a reasonable time and did top notch work.
I had another non accident issue a week ago. So I Dropped in and Jeff took care of me with no charge. Which these days is unheard of.
So if you have a need with car repairs highly recommend them.
Give them 10++

Everyone at American Auto Body was super nice and helpful. They did fantastic body work - my car looks great! And they went out of their way to help me with a tail light issue too. Highly recommend. Good people!

I am really disappointed in my experience. I took my car to American auto Body for an insurance claim. I had the opportunity to go anywhere and was considering caliber collision because I've used them and trust them. However I wanted to give AAB my business being a local shop I wanted to support them. The service took very long to complete which is fine except I called after they had my car for 4 weeks to check on the status and they said it just needs to be painted should be done by the end of the week. Great! I called back at the end of the week and they said next week. Okay fine, called EOD on monday and they said NEXT WEEK!! Gosh, I was frustrated but I chalked it up to them doing a thorough job and not having the resources bigger places have. I go pick up my car when it's finally ready and I have a flat tire. On the side where I collided with a deer which was the reason I brought my car in... they aired it up and said it should be fine. WellNext morning woke up and it was flat. I called them back to ask what they did to fix the tire because I noticed it looked like the old tire and had deer fur still stuck in the rim. They said we didn't do anything because "deer don't affect tires when they hit cars" they told me to take my car to a tire shop if I want it fixed... I called my insurance and let them know what was said. So we called AAB on a 3 way call where Denise told me on the phone "your tires were inflated when you brought them in" I replied with "I am looking at photos I submitted with my claim and they are actually deflated. And Denise said "oh okay" after going back and forth they said I could bring my car back in but there was no telling when they could get to it or IF they would fix it. And whatever the response time was for them to look at it I'd have to go back through my insurance and pay partial for a rental car. I already had been without a car for 25 days because they were "fixing" it. Overall it was an awful experience. They didn't end up fixing my tires and I had to pay out of pocket. Really disappointed and was hoping to really support local businesses.

Work performed was excellent and the price was very reasonable. I will use them again the need arises. Office personnel were efficient and friendly.

Lebanon is lucky to have American Auto Body. Unfortunately, I've had many opportunities to use them over the years, and I trust them to provide top service in as quick a manner as possible. These days, that can be hard to find. They recently fixed my truck and it looks as good as new.Services: Painting
