One of the clerks is very very rude. Everyone else is nice and helpful.Backing is tight but doable

I am not sure what all the negative reviews are all about. I was able to check in early and they started loading early. You should park in the street then walk into door 10 area. Sign in and then they will assign a door to you. The dock area is tight but not impossible.

First time here today @ 9:34 a m. 03/12/2024 . Clerk was very rude how she spoke do not know how to speak to people. Almost drove off and my dispatch I'm not taking a load from here along as the black lady in the check in office again. Seem to me she brings her issues to work .

There are no rude office people here, only professional and friendlyI checked in at 12pm for a 1pm appointment, was in a door by 1pm and started loading my immediately. Was done and gone in an hour.Park on street walk in to check in by door 10.

From the beginning at the checking in office with an attitude and it got worse when I got loaded with a broken pallets and the load was starting to get shift before even I drove from the dock I asked to replace the pallets with good ones and they got so offended and they hold me for hours there for asking that! Guess what even though they replaced the the last two pallets that I can see when I got to the receiver they said they were 6 more pallets that are broken! I would avoid hauling from this lazy people If I have the chance to do so I know not every one have the privilege to do that!

Checked in at 0817 with an 0900 appt for receiving. It is 1128 now. 4 carriers have arrived AFTER me and are being unloaded before me. One arrived 20 minutes ago and got a door immediately. This is ridiculous. Do NOT schedule so many loads for receiving if you can't handle the volume. At least you'll be paying for my time I guess

I've delivered here a few times & I respect it. Not hard to find, be sure, however, to take it easy outside of the gate or fence because where drivers have parked, naturally causes the ground to get all bumpy so just take that into account. When drivers enter into the 1st entrance, be alert to the tightness in there after it gets crowded, which is common. Be mindful of other drivers & maneuvering! So there is another entrance , depending on door assigned. Last but not least, if you choose to work a job that requires you to have to literally communicate with other humans, why behave as though someone is annoying to you when the individual asks, respectfully, a legitimate question. Also, why get upset if a driver asks the name of the person who signed the bills (if applicable), because all drivers have to sign our names & show id...the bills are how many of us get paid. So, for me, the young lady who had a cap on her head , seemed huffy & puffy when I asked who's signature was on my bills, & I was not mean towards her...she said that was her signature, so I asked....ASKED her what her name was , she told me. But after I said thank you, she slammed shut her window, which I was unbothered by because I could tell she was annoyed. I never want to annoy anyone, but some folks assume that we drivers are just oafs & that we don't need to ask other ppl anything, but we do have to do our jobs. Most ppl sign things like chicken scratch & that's why a driver, like me, has to ask. Other than that, this business gets it done consistently. Good job.

I go to pick up load appointments 9amI check in 9:21am charge me $179 late fees not good I call office 9:08am office is closed in the other side. Lady in front not good .

Would of gave it more but the lady in the office was Hella rude and thought I wouldn't go to her manager and still get a copy of my BOL . Ha you thought

Very bad place chek in 7.30 Am now 9.45 still waiting for door ask for how long just say call you they just finish loading trailer not loaded you
