2 weeks prior I would have given a good review. Two weeks ago today we realized we had fraudulent activity on our account and spoke to Aarons that very same day, thought everything was set and understood. ( never a late payment before on monthly payments) within a week and three days I had 3 visits and threats of picking up merchandise and a ton of calls as if I had never spoke and made arrangements to begin with. I also pay extra for Aarons club which only covers death, major sickness's , and theft of merchandise. I am going to continue paying my acct off because I have paid too much in already. But, if I were you, I would choose elsewhere. Wait and save the money up. Whatever you need to do. Its not worth paying extra on top of paying three times the worth to be harassed in that way, with no history of late payments and perfect communication on my end. Just a fair warning. Good luck in your purchasing journey!

Aarons was on the ok side until one of the associates told my son I couldn't go for him. She wouldn't give him a reason why. Son purchased a gaming system than later on purchased three other things. Due to my son not having enough store credit I had to create an account in order for him to purchase a stove. They have the stove in my name but he's paying for the stove. Later on I purchased a couch and a TV. They let me. The TV way damaged by accident. Rainbow lines on the right side of screen. As for why I can't go back, fine with me. Now my son paying for a TV that can't be fixed. AND COUCH HAS BED BUGS!!!. AND YES!!!! I have picture proof. First day sitting on the couch, felt a bite, checked and there's a BED BUG!!!! And more had been found. I'll take this to another level. I'd like to speak with someone. That's legit . Didn't bother calling the store as to they'd try to worm they way around it. They don't have the help. Have had only one person in the store working. The delivery guys ??♀️ they struggled

Got a bunk bed, which they had to order, it broke, not there fault as they had never actually seen the thing so they replaced/fixed the broken part, yay, then it broke in another spot, rather than waste time fixing it again, they replaced and upgraded it to a larger more sturdier bed, so far so good

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE! I ordered a sofa chaise with ottoman man and received it a week late. When they finally arrived the two delivery guys didn't even have the tools to install the feet on the couch and ottoman. I let them borrow my drill (which is my mistake for trusting them with power tools) and they proceeded the strip EVERY single screw leaving about 5 or 6 screws still sticking out. When they finished ruining my torx bit and screws, they then flipped the couch over and slid them across the floor leaving multiple huge scratches! I talked to the manager Leslie at the store giving here all the info including pictures and a plan of action from my landlord. She then said she passed it on to their accounting staff. It's been about 9 weeks and still no answer. They won't return my calls or emails. This will soon become a legal issue if it's not corrected soon. So to sum this all up, NO, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! Also, there are many more scratches than pictured.

Always had great service with aarons until the past couple of months. We had bought a 65 in LG tv that we paid off not even 2 years ago and has completely went out on one side of the screen but we understand TVs have issues. We got another TV from them that we are currently paying for. Had purple spots showing on the screen so it got picked up in March to be repaired took 2 months to get our TV back and the purple spots are worse than before it got repaired have called multiple times to get something done about this only to be told by the manager she will get back with me. Its been over 2 weeks since I have heard back from her and I have only 2 payments left on my TV that is already messed up. Highly disappointed and will never purchase from aarons again after this ordeal.
