Purhased a vehicle from them earlier today. Being able to view their inventory online and review a vehicle's CarFax BEFORE visiting, allowed us to do our research so the puchase went easier than expected. Mack, our salesman, was awesome and easy to deal with. I hate the car buying process, but this was seamless. We'll definitely buy from them again.

Made contact with the dealership and asked the salesman if there was any major issues or damage on a SUV before I drove round trip 6 hours. Got a price agreed upon if the SUV checked out and look and perform as it should. Of course they did not disclose that the drivers side running board was bent and the driver door was bent so badly that it drug on the running board. This was way more than minor damage. Told the salesman sorry this is a deal breaker. Salesman could have cared less, no apologize for me having to drive 6 hours to look at a SUV that has some major issues. Only thing they disclose was leather on the drive seat was damage. Beware before you waste your time making a long trip to look at a car. They could have been more upfront about the condition. Definitely got the used car vibe trying to dump a car on a sucker! Oh well live and learn! Good luck to whomever buys from here.

My beautiful wife and I were visiting Nashville from out of state and had been looking for an F250. We saw one that they had online which fit for us, Tommy and Brad were pretty set on taking care of us, so we canceled our plane tickets and drove the truck home.
*only downfall was waiting on the paperwork to get transferred over, I don’t blame Brad they did everything they said they would do, I would just recommend to leave with the title and do the transfer in your own state yourself, if you can.

Bought a 2012 highlander on 11/20/2023, Larry my salesman, told me this vehicle had no mechanical problems and was an amazing right. I was only able to test drive it once. No problems what so ever. 5 days after purchase, my torque convertor starts shuddering hard, which means this was a previous issue before I got the car and it's going out. Then, 7 days after the convertor starts going out, my alternator goes out. I had the car less than TWO WEEKS (I've had the car 16 days so far 12/18/2023) when these issues arose. I texted Larry to ask if an inspection was done on it since he had already told me they do. Other than him acting like he didn't know who was texting him, he told me the ONLY inspection they do is a safety inspection. Know what a safety inspection is? "Headlight check to ensure appropriate operation, no broken lenses or lamps, lights are the correct shade, are identical, and turn signals are operable". So I could have pulled off that lot with my family, had catastrophic engine failure on the interstate and been in an accident. I'm already almost up to $1000 in repairs because some salesman wasn't honest and wanted a sale. How these people live with themselves is beyond me.My advise is to stay away from this dealership if you don't want to be screwed over. As a matter of fact, I wonder if anyone has contacted the Bureau of Consumer Protection?

The sales person (Dustin) I dealt with to purchase my vehicle was pleasant and timely with all my requests (cold start video and tire date code photos). My issue with this dealership is when I asked about any damage to the vehicle (clean Car Fax). It is a 2012 so I didn’t expect it to be perfect. The sales person sent me photos of two interior blemishes. A stained back seat cargo net and bubbling of the center console trim. These are things I could live with.I purchased the vehicle and had it shipped the 900+ miles. The vehicle showed up with damage. I asked for two weeks to get the original photos listed on the website. Delay after delay of getting them. In the end, I never got them all. However, I got one that displayed a small corner of the damage. The manager (Brad) lied about the comparison of their photos displaying the damage and the actual damage. The manager (Brad) tried to blame it on the transportation company.The dealership is unwilling to admit their lies and unwilling to fix the vehicle. I would not recommend buying a vehicle from this dealership. You only seem to get half truths from them. Be warned!

Great experience! Tommy is the salesman I dealt with and he’s very chill and no pressure. I like how there’s no haggling and just a 1 price store. Some love to fight over a few hundred bucks but not me, not worth any of it. Their inventory is fantastic as well with regularly updating. If you see something ya gotta jump on it. Stuff moves fast! It’s all as is used so have money in reserve in case for repairs or have a mechanic to see it first. But they are up front about that. All in all 10/10 experience. Highly recommend.

Just purchased a 2019 Honda ridgeline and the next day we noticed it wasn’t shifting correctly. My husband called the owner Josh and he said to bring it back to him he would take it to the Honda mechanic. Got my truck back the next day. 100% recommend Josh and his team our salesman was Mr Darrell and he was So nice and made you feel like he had known you all his life. But as a used car lot owner Josh handled this top notch.
