Upgrading my phone is a process I don't love to do often, but the Lawrenceburg staff members made the process smooth and easy. They were so thorough--helping me pick just the right phone and even updating my plan to save me money monthly.Suoer leased with Jonathan's professionalism and helpful attitude!! Customer service was excellent!

Oliver went above and beyond! Switching from AT&T and coming to Verizon to set up 8 lines and 6 new phones! Oliver was patient and kind through the whole process! Even while getting us set up he assisted multiple other people and made sure everyone was taken care of! He was not pushy and went over our plan and costs multiple different t ways to fit our needs and save us the most money!! Promote this man!

I went there to the Lawrenceburg, TN store to discuss the situation about my phone. The manager said that he could not help me and referred me to the corporate store in Columbia, TN. So, I went there and they couldn't help me either. Then, I found out that the local Verizon store always refer customers to the corporate store because they do not want to deal with the problem. So, the Lawrenceburg, TN store manager just brushed me off because he did not want to deal with the problem and referred me to the Columbia, TN store and they brushed me off by telling me that they couldn't help me either. So, this is how Verizon treats their customers who brings a problem to them. It makes me glad that I am not a Verizon Wireless customer anymore.
