Lie, lie, lie! When I went my rapid covid covered flu as well. Or at least that’s what I was told. Now my kid goes her rapid covid doesn’t cover flu but they swab her 4 times tell her they are sending it out and lie. I’ll make sure my insurance wasn’t charged during their lies. The funniest lies come when I pull my own visit report and see that she had charted that my throat was red and my sinus were swollen and she never looked at my throat or nose and I had a diagnosis of sinusitis. She couldn’t make anything fit so she lied. Glad I got proof of their poor practices and falsifying documentation.

As a fellow health care worker and provider, I recognize quality care and this was not it. The provider was very unprofessional and I will not be back.

They have gone the extra mile to still offer care through this pandemic. It can't be easy treating folks in their cars in this heat with all your PPE. They have found a way to make it work and still offer fast and comprehensive care.

I went in on Saturday to get cough syrup and the NP gave me something to promote coughing. I called today to complain and they said I would have to come in to get cough syrup. They don''t want to help anyone...just after another dollar. Wish I could get my money back. I will Never go there again.

I cannot express how quick this clinic is while not skipping out on excellent patient care. My husband went to another local walk in clinic and waited almost two hours to be seen I was in and out within 30 minutes. All of the staff were friendly and caring.

I took my daughter there, and they refused to give her an antibiotic for her sinus infection. I ended up having to pay a copay for a different doctor's office the next day because she started running a fever. After calling the office, I was told that they would only give an antibiotic for strep throat. Since being on the antibiotic for over 24 hours, my daughter has greatly improved. I won't recommend anyone visit One Stop. They wouldn't give my daughter the help she needed.

Just 4 Kids had already closed on April 2, and my daughter, Edriana, had 104 temp. We stopped by the One Stop office in Pulaski. Kendra, Lacey, and another nurse (not sure of her name), made sure to find out what was causing such a high temp, as my daughter had no other symptoms. They found what it was, and started my daughter on treatment. The pharmacy that I use didn't have the meds she needed. The girl at the front desk (not sure of her name either), was such a big help. T
