One the bigger storage units was 158.00 with 15 for insurance added ! Not optional then that’s 173 .I’ve been renting one since October! NOW starting April 1st it’s gonna be 170 something plus that 15 for insurance because what do they care if your property is damaged why would it not be optional. $200 for storage unit. Is ridiculous and beyond unfair or justifying. I do NOT recommend this company at any location. This is another thing that decided to raise their fees for what ? Because rent isn’t enough ?car payments ? Utilities.. groceries?! I’m beyond saddened to see now storage is $200!?! And I’ve had storage units else where and none required a insurance . That should be optional. Because y’all’s building will be covered why would y’all care if anyones property is damaged ? You don’t that’s just extra $15 to put in the pocket of this company .

Only issue I had was the gate code but with a quick call and a very nice lady getting me sorted very quickly. Even got a follow up text a couple days later. So far it’s been a great experience.

I have rented through storage sense in Lawrenceburg TN twice both tines have been easy to get a unit and the units are spacious, clean, and more room than I needed. When I got to where I couldnt afford the rent, customer service was friendly and helpful in cancelling my unit.

I was given all the information on Saturday and thought everyone would be fine to unload on sunday. Well NOT AT ALL.. THe excess code I was given would NOT work at all. Julia tried to call and call and call, but no one would call back, FINALLY GOT THROUGH AND SPOKE TO SOMEONE WHO SAID THE EXCESS CODE WAS 524 NOT 0524 -- WELL THAT DIDN'T WORK EITHER, SPOKE TO SOMEONE ELSE SAID THAT WAS ALL HE COULD GIVE US... SO WE NEVER COULD GET INSIDE THE FENCE. FIANLLY TOLD THE PERSON JUST TO CANCEL IT.. CAUSED A LOT OF PROBLEMS, BUT THE MANAGER HAS CALLED ME AND APOLIGED FOR ALL THE TORUBLE AND i WILL GET A REFUND.
