These are the most sweetest most coolest people to ever deal with..they are always super friendly and always joking with u..they have the most kindest personality ever..I wouldn't want to go to any other shell in Lawrenceburg TN than here..great service and great people...

So very sick and tired of the seemingly non ending issues with the pay at pump machines not functioning properly. It gets old. Sadly Shell has the best diesel fuel in the area and they know it so they don't really have to care.

I just wanna stop by and say the man who fixed my plate lunch done a great job, his energy was high, he spoke clear, was respectful, I also had another plate lunch added that was the same way except one thing was took off and another thing added and something else was added and he wasn't stuck on what I just said and knew what I asked for so that said he paid attention and listened to what I wanted and overall was great service. I believe his name tag said Buster I may be mistaken If I am i'm close to his name. But Buster just know you make social encounters non stressful and a better experience when your energy is that high so stay that way and be who you are and thank you for your work ethics it's greatly appreciated

The manager Sheila demanded my service dog to be labeled as a service dog. I told her that federal law states that he does not have to wear a vest and that there is no paper work. She said it was Shell policy and I told her that this is a federal law and I asked her to look up the ADA and she refused. She got real smart and hateful and the employees were acting hateful to.

They have a tweeker behind the register who called the cops because he wasn't a fan. All I did was get gas, but he didn't realize I was in the store while he was Busy slandering.
