For the pharmacy if I could give negative 10 stars I would but it’s not an option Kevin the pharmacist has lost 4 customers and says he doesn’t care a health care professional ? Ha I think NOT in fact I’m reporting him to the board !! He is awful !! Charged me 142$ for something my son already had called the dr and BLATANTLY DISREGARDED WHAT THE DR TOLD HIM TO DO !! That this medicine wasn’t required for this patient then DIDNT RUN IT THRU MY SON INSURANCE SO I had to pay cash just because a pharmacist thought different than a Dr !! Then Kroger would do nothing about it so I pulled my family all 5 of us out of Kroger it’s just very sad because we had been loyal non problem causing customers for over 15 years Keven is a LIAR AND A LIAR IS A THEIF PROBABLY SHOULD WATCH OUT FOR HIM

I shopped instacart at Kroger. they put a hold on the funds to cover my order. Once the payment was posted they did not release the pending charge which put my account into overdrawn status. I Tried and tried to get the 2nd charge release but they would not. said it had to run the course. They did not care that my account was overdrawn because of them.

Very basic 10 item self checkout turned into an employee having to “review” video footage that was shown on the screen while they “verified” I scanned everything - which I had.
Clearly, this store doesn’t trust their own customers that are checking themselves out to actually check themselves out after forcing their customer to check themselves out…
Also, more than once, an employee’s entire 400lb rearend was showing while stocking shelves, just what the whole store wants to see while shopping.

Kroger prices have gotten insane, their fruit is always old and overpriced or nothing worth eating is in stock. Today was the last day I will spend another cent there
