“Our first time at this mechanic shop I read the reviews and talked to several people sounded like it would be an OK place totally was a good experience. My muffler weld had broken loose they repaired it. They could’ve told me I needed a whole new muffler system and I wouldn’t have known any different so I believe them to be very honest. My husband looked at the work underneath. It looks like a really good job so super super happy with them would recommend them for sure. And bill was very reasonable ?”

“I was expecting a $600 power steering pump high pressure line problem but they said it was a little 2in hose they changed and only charged me $70. I definitely recommend this mechanic, they are Sooo honest with the customers it's nice to have a mechanic like that. He could have charged me $600 and I wouldn't have known it was just the hose. For all your car repairs go here you will not regret it!! Thank you James!!!!”
“When I say I’m picky, I don’t mean it lightly — and Carlton passed every test. I found a truck online and reached out to him. He responded quickly, answered every question, and even FaceTimed me multiple times so I could see every detail. He went above and beyond by arranging delivery to me, three hours away.
I’m not someone who buys a vehicle without driving it first, but he made sure I knew exactly what I was getting. After delivery, we had a couple of issues with the cleanliness of the truck, but Carlton handled everything with kindness, professionalism, and a true commitment to making sure I was happy. He genuinely made this the best buying experience I’ve ever had.
My only reason for leaving a 4-star review instead of 5 is due to the finance manager, who was pushy and unprofessional — to the point we almost backed out. But Carlton himself was exceptional.”
