My wife and I have been using the Ooltewah Food City Pharmacy for a few years now and they are BY FAR the Best! They are incredibly knowledgeable and take time to go through our meds everytime. “I hate all the bad reviews, these poor employees get cursed out daily over things they can't control, methheads stealing cough syrup, doctors not calling in orders, insurance not paying. Think about how you would feel after that all day. I always have a great experience here and I thank them for the great work.”

“I was in a panic as the insurance company did something wrong and refused to pay for my daughter’s pain meds after serious knee surgery and could not fix it until the next day. My daughter was in severe pain as her nerve blocker did not work after the surgery. The pharmacist was so kind and scrambled to see how she could get it at a reasonable price as I had decided no matter what the cost I would pay for it out of pocket. She was able to get the meds down to an incredible price so I could get them! So kind and that has been every pharmacist I have talked with.”
