This store is a joke- Don’t waste your time and money this store sucks and they have an answering service not even in the same state. I had an issue with my order and couldn’t get anyone on the phone. Wasted over an hour and gave up and called corporate… pizza was cold, pan crust was like cardboard and it wasn’t cut all the way.

Pizzas are normally solid here, main problem is ordering and wait times. Do NOT order by phone, either online or in person, as you don't get in store workers by phone.Wait times are often longer than the typical 15-20 minutes for a pickup in the evenings, so expect that.Employees inside are 50/50 on friendliness and attitude.I give them a 4, barely, and it's not the food's fault.

Perfect & hot every time I’ve ordered and the delivery man is always nice …..Vegetarian options: Veggie Pizza & the Cheese Pizza is delicious

Domino’s is not customer oriented in anyway. I got an order of pasta with zero sauce on it. Called the store and was told I’d have a $10 credit next time I ordered. This is the next time. I call the store number and get a call center person who took my order (that took forever) and when she told me the total, I asked to use my $10 credit. She said she couldn’t do that from her end and attempted to transfer me to the store. I was transferred to a fax machine. Call the STORE number again and get another call center person. She transferred me to the store and I got a message saying no one could answer the phone and hung up on. This happened about 4 times before I gave up. I tried to go to the corporate page and file a complaint and got some kind of chat bot. WHERE’S YHE CUSTOMER SERVICE?! I will never order from Domino’s again. I would rather starve than deal with the headache for a cheap cardboard pizza.

Get home with my pizza to find they completely forgot pepperoni. Pizza all veggies and basically inedible. Doesn't seem like something that should be missed the process seems straight forward. I select toppings you read the list and put them on. Papa johns down the street may be better option

I told the front desk kid my name and to go order. They forgot to add the four ranches I payed for, and I remembered as I grabbed the pizza to head out so I asked for them. Guy from the back thinks it’s his job to come up and check my receipt and tells me, “I would’ve given them to you, I just wanted to make sure you had everything.” As if I didn’t know my own order. I won’t be back to this location.

Today was the last straw. We have ordered 5 time since March from this location. Every time I hope it will be better. It never is. If you want good pizza go to a different dominos location. I will not order from this location again.

Food sat at store for just under an hour before going out for delivery, food was cool and looked/tasted like an hour old, the little one wouldn't touch the mushy cheese tots, $68 for cold pizza. 3rd time this has happened from this store

I waited until after 3 messed up orders to review. On the app it shows that your food is out of the oven. It has taken over two hours 3 times to receive my food! No phone call or heads up, then I received wrong order and cold food! When I called the manager to have her send the right food to me she hung up!! When I called back they refused to answer!! Next time I ordered they made me wait over two hours and then cancelled my order! I’m going to report to corporate because this is unprofessional and unacceptable at this point. Every time I call they ignore the call which is such terrible customer service.

Your store in Lakesite TN, 37343 is an absolute mess. I placed an order at 7:55 pm. Went to the store 50 minutes later, pizza still in prep. Multiple people waiting at store with same story, most waiting even longer than me. Asked for the manager, lame story about how busy they are. Bla bla bla. That is unacceptable. I got a refund on my order after waiting an hour. And they would do nothing else to make it right. How pathetic. Never ever had an experience like this at Papa John’s. Btw, I’m putting this on Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter, and I’m finding out who their DM is and contacting them too. This is the 3rd time this has happened to me at this location. At this point, shame on me for continually allowing this location to underdeliver and disappoint us. Now I’ve wasted hours of my Saturday night when I could’ve been at home waiting on timely delivery of my pizza from Papa John’s that always comes in due time and is always accurate. You need to fire the manager, who is ultimately responsible for throwing their hands up and doing nothing. If they were trained correctly, you NEVER leave a customer disappointed/dissatisfied. Well, sorry, never again. And as long as I can help it, never for anyone I know and can influence either. ✌️
