i just pulled thru the lakesite cvs pharmacy afte having 3 tooth pulled and 3 bone grafts done. all three got stiches. i am 100% veteran and the older lady with what looked like short white hair was at the window. my dentist had called in 4 meds for me 2 hrs prior to my surgery so they would be ready to go for me after my surgery. i am 100% disabled veteran. so i am 100% covered. the lady was arguing with me that dental meds were not covered, so i was trying to understand what she meant. she heald onto my military card and told us to drive around for 10 min. when i pulled back up i had questions for her but she became really short, she lost her smile like she was angry with me(not sure why) i was friendly the whole time....i finally just said i'll pay the $68 for the meds just to not have to deal with her anymore. no need to be rude at the window and act like a friendly customer is bothering you. i was in a lot of pain but she could care less. so no more CVS for me. i'll be doing business elsewhere. it's a shame because the people there have always been helpful in the past. but now i'll worry i'll have to deal with this grouchy lady.

This store is absolutely phenomenal! I believe one of the staff members, Londyn, deserves a promotion immediately. She is not only incredibly sweet but also exceptionally professional in her role. Every time I visit to pick up my medicine, I’m amazed by how quickly she attends to me, ensuring I never have to wait long. Her delightful sense of humor always brightens my day, as she often shares some fantastic jokes. Londyn truly goes above and beyond, making each visit a wonderful experience!

A ten minutes stop turned into 20 minutes due to self checkout malfunction and no help from the only cashier, three other employees were too busy stocking shelves to help. 1 star, because you have to.

I like this pharmacy but the CVS phone service sucks. I have been on the phone trying to talk to someone in pharmacy for more than 10 minutes. Again this phone service sux. Hard to do business this way.

A rusty nail puncture leg. Elliott the pharmacist promptly gave me a Td vaccine without hesitation as a walk in! They are always wonderful , friendly and prompted! My favorite CVS

I give a one star because they gave me the run around about my pain medicine that I have a script for the lady at the pharmacy window treated me like I'm a druggie my meds are controlled by a doctor and for chronic pain taking my business else where
