I've been using this pharmacy for several years and have finally decided to change. The pharmacy personnel are generally polite but soooooooo slow. They have 3 windows and have never had more than one open. It is absolutely impossible to get them on the phone in a reasonable amount of time. There always seem to be plenty of people there but no one answers the phone or fills prescriptions. I finally got to the front and noticed the phone ringing off the hook but a lady would just press a button to put them on hold over and over again. To be honest, the pharmacist is VERY nice and helpful but the rest of the staff have made it impossible for me to keep coming here.

Awful employees and managers. Had a staff yelled and cussed me out for calmly disagreeing. The manager refuse to give me this black kids name, as to protect him. It's on the receipt smh. Lies to customers about own website and store price match. Says other Walgreens are breaking rules and said they shouldn't but they don't even read their own rules on their website. All I said, was that's not true. Every Walgreens and I've been to price match except the this store on lake mead and Hollywood Blvd. They he flipped out and went off on me. Told me to stfu but I was calmly speaking to him the whole time. He is the one cutting me off and not letting me get a word in. He wants to flex like he knows it all but I'm the consumer who often shops and expressed I had a different experience. He wouldn't even listen but chooses to be unprofessional and use unnecessary tantrums. Why pay double for items with horrendous services and unfriendly staff members like Walgreens? Just go to target and Walmart. Much more welcoming. People rarely argues there and try to prove a point. Their need to be right is more important then customers at Walgreens!

Absolutely terrible!!!! I have gone in this Walgreens 3 times and every single time I've had the same experience! Disrespectful to customers, went in for a covid test and even made an appointment and they refused us because "they were too busy" I understood every time it's not easy working in retail or in a pharmacy, but have some patience and respect.

Five years ago I would have given this a 4 or 5 star rating. I lived right down the street and it was my go to place for pharmacy and quick needed purchases. I have moved back to the area and live nearby and have been here a few times and it has gone downhill a bit over the years. There was only one person working (a problem for a lot of businesses right now, I know) and the line was long. The store was not very organized and they were out of A LOT of things. I needed to hydrate but could not find one Gatorade or Powerade drink! The pharmacy was a very long wait time so I transferred my prescription to another location. Overall I was not very impressed but will probably return out of necessity and location but I hope they make some improvements soon.

Many have run out of gas while waiting in line at the drive-thru. McDonalds next door changes shifts faster than this pharmacy can fill one script. My clothes went out of style and then came back into style, that's how long you have to wait here. I thought people were camping in line for tickets to a new Star Wars movie premier then realized they wanted to be the one and only customer to be serviced at the drive thru that day. Obviously there is a lot of sarcasm here, but one thing is for certain. If you have to pick up a prescription here you better clear your calendar.

Worst Walgreens PHARMACY EVER! Appears out of the 5 or 6 people behind the pharmacy only 1 willing and wanted to work. All the others were chatting and didn't give a damn about the customers. I scheduled an appointment to get COVID shot. The girl checked me in -- told me I had to fill out more paperwork...okay. Never gave me paperwork. 30 mins after my scheduled appointment, I asked the one willing and running around helping EVERYONE at the counter about paperwork. She took my name, said no one had checked me in yet -- WTH?! She checked me in and gave me the paper work. About 5 more people came in after me for COVID shots... Here is how their set up is there.... There is a partition right by the pharmacy window, barely a table behind the partition and crap everywhere on the table. One person from the pharmacy will come out and give you the shot. The one that came out had 5 syringes in her hand...how did she know which one was for kids and which one was for the adults?! Anyway 45 minutes later after my original appointment time I was out of there....do yourself a favor, go the the Walgreens on Stage. I was in and out of there is less than 10 mins (minus my 15 mins of wait time after the shot). They have a CLEAN room with legitimate UT medical people giving you the shots. I felt really bad for the one girl working her butt off. Even the manager didn't seem to care what was going on.

I arrived for my scheduled Covid booster shot that I signed up for on their own website promoting the booster. I told the gentleman at the pharmacy that I was there for the shot ahead of my scheduled time. I was told that they were not giving boosters due to an order received from the head office to conserve the vaccine. What! Why promote it on their website? I just got a "sorry". What BS! I went across the street to CVS and got it there. No problem. Looks like Walgreens loss is CVS gain, today and in the future.

This is one of the worst Walgreens in the city. I have been on phone for over an hour to have my sons new prescription on his profile filled. I was left on hold and then hung up on. when I called back immediately, I was then informed there were more than three callers ahead of me after just being the next caller in line. Drive thru service is just as bad. I am appalled by the lack of professionalism and poor management and customer service.

I have never had such poor treatment and lack of expertise as I have at the Walgreens Pharmacy on Canada Rd. Do yourself a favor and choose another pharmacy. No one knows what they're doing and have not been trained on basic customer service. The only ones who have given me no stress or attitude are LaVonte and Faras. Everyone else needs to be retrained on how to treat people! Filling prescriptions should not be this punishing! Miserable people!

the lady who was at the front desk of the photo center (lydia), was short-tempered and raised her voice at me when asking me what my phone number was. a few weeks back when i dropped off my camera, she gave us the photo receipt while giving me the side eye and said "that's all." not cool whatsoever and will not be returning anytime soon if this is how i'm treated.

Poor services in the pharmacy And some staff there lie to not fill the script. If you get meds usually you know the rules with insurance and all. Didn't appreciate the poor service and pharmacist playing judge and God. Everybody wants to be in control of others now and they wonder why so much displaced crime.

I have been using this location of Walgreens for an over year. I want to give props to Niralee Patel, who works in the pharmacy. She is always polite and goes out the way to make sure any customer is content. Thank you ma'am for treating ppl with respect and kindness. Plus I want to give Robert Carter a shout out as well. I'm one of those ppl who show up late but he was good enough to keep the doors open for me to get an item. Thank you good sir and give this man a raise.

I pop in here all the time! Very friendly, helpful people. The restroom is always clean & stocked. They are paving right now, but it's usually easy to get in & out. They don't take our insurance, so I can't really say much about the pharmacy. I've had some wait time for my daughter in the past.
