Was told they don't do passport photos "at this time of night." That isn't stated on any website or posted anywhere in the photo department. The photo department doesn't close until the store does.

If I could give it zero stars, I would. There is literally no point in even having a phone because they NEVER answer it, I've waited on hold for over an hour before and they picked up the phone and then hung it right up. Total garbage. Also add the worst customer service I've ever had to deal with in a professional healthcare type occupation. They could care less about your prescription and the urgency of them. It doesn't even matter if you try to fill it or do anything on the Walgreens website so you don't have to deal with them in person because the website is current or correct about the status of your prescriptions either. I seriously don't understand how they are in business. I would have never chosen to go to Walgreens if it weren't for my insurance changing and forced to have to fill there. I'm currently looking to fill literally ANYWHERE else other than here. I'll even drive a good distance for better service.

I picked up some medication for my mom and for the first time since I’ve been getting her medication from this location they put the wrong medication in the bag. The medication name on the paper that they stapled to the bag was the one she was supposed to receive but they put a different medication in the bag. I’m so glad that I read the name on the bottle before opening it. Now I have to go to Walgreens and return it so I can get the correct prescription.

Yesterday, I went to the doctor for bronchitis, specifically because I’m wheezing and short of breath. He prescribed me an inhaler, cough medicine, and antibiotics at 2:00pm. More than ANYTHING, I NEED the inhaler. As soon as possible. Pharmacies normally take about 2-3 hours to fill scripts, so I was okay waiting that long.I get a text that they are having an issue filling my medicine at 2:30pm and to call them. I call while driving, hold for 22 minutes, have to hang up. I call again at 4:05pm, hold for 30 minutes. Made it through the “there are x callers ahead of you” countdown and got to the in-store hold music and continually got put on hold after about 6 rounds of holding to ringing. Then, I got hung up on. After 38 minutes of waiting on hold.I go to the pharmacy at 6:00. Make it to the counter at 6:30. My medicine is not ready. None of it. They are out of one of the four, but the rest just hasn’t been filled. I get told I can wait 30 minutes for the pharmacist to fill it. I BEGGED to just PLEASE get me my inhaler. I had to go so I could not wait. No such luck.Fast forward to this morning at 11:45a, go to get my medicine… not filled. This is UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!! I cannot even call ahead to CHECK if my medicine is filled because I can’t get through to the pharmacy staff!! So instead I keep having to wait 30 minutes in line to get told nope, it’s not ready, they don’t call when it is ready, and even though I’m told it’ll be ready in an hour and a half (they should have filled it immediately; I need it to BREATHE) I’m going to have to go wait in line again to find out if it’s ready or not.This is NOT the pharmacy tech’s fault!!! Walgreens, get it together! Get them a dedicated phone agent and some more staff! This is ridiculous!!

worst pharmacy i’ve ever had to use. my doctor called in a prescription several times just for them to say they never got it. awful customer service. i was on hold for over an hour just for them to hang up on me

Definitely the worst pharmacy in the area. They refuse to fill prescriptions written by nurse practitioners without a doctor’s written approval. Prescriptions are never ready at the expected time of availability. Pharmacy employees are rude. If you can switch to mail order or another location, I would recommend it.

The most current reviews are accurate. The worst customer service I've experienced. It's the in-your-face rudeness by pharmacy personnel (not the pharmacist) that blew me away today. Go somewhere else.

I just left Walgreens and it’s a young guy that works there with locs in his hair he was very rude he didn’t want to help me then dropped my bag of groceries what in the world…. I guess he was mad at the other workers but you don’t take it out on customers

Placed a one hour photo order. Called almost 24 hours later because I hadn’t heard anything. “Oh the machine is broken, sorry.” The notification system at this store SUCKS.

This is completely unbelievable and unacceptable!!I am here visiting and left my medication. My doctors office attempted to call several times only to be on hold and hung up on continuously.I have called, held listening to the recording for 6 mins., then placed on hold without any communication. I have never been humiliated to this level. Once and done…:( they will never earn my business. My life depends on my medicine and to know you have people being paid to pharmacy of medicine and just completely don’t care. One day, this may be your family. ??
