The young man, Rico, has such amazing customer service! He is kind, patient, and understanding! I continue to use this location because of this. I have one closer to my house, but I trust my packages to be handled with care here!

Slower than most other UPS stores. Need training on how to move "time wasters" along. No reason mailing a birthday package should take 15 minutes while people are waiting.

I have used this location primarily for years but today AJ outdid hisself. It seems I called right when business was starting to pick up and I had a bit of a complicated question my boss wanted an answer to. He answered questions in the store all the while doing some research for me and getting me a few quotes. Thanks again AJ

I always go to the Lakeland, TN store. They have great customer service skills & exercise patience with those that may not be "so computer savvy". Michelle did a great job (even after her computer "froze up")

UPS Store has been my "go to" for shipping/products/resources for as long as I can remember. "You've" never let me down and are the first store that pops into my mind when I need the services that you provide.
I'm so stuck on UPS, I even once tried to ship a FEDEX package through your store. I'm just so used to ALWAYS coming to you.?
