Went in this morning and there were 5 cars there, and they refused to take anymore for the rest of the day. At 9AM ? so I decided to try discount tire, there was maybe 30 cars there and I was still in and out within an hour. Definitely coming back here next time I need tires or wiper blades”

I love the family owned feel, plus you can definitely tell they take care of their employees and customers. They helped us figure out payment plans and even wanted to see the car in 500 miles to do a recheck to make sure everything was still good. Great people and I would recommend them to anyone!”

“I'm from Detroit and recently visited this location while vacationing in Cordova. The service was exceptional! I needed my tires rotated. I bought my tires from Discount Tire, so they give free lifetime rotation. They noticed that I needed new wipers, gave me a good price, and it was done. The person that I was dealing with texted me a time they would be done, and it ended up being faster than they said. Very professional environment ??”

“I posted a review here a few weeks ago that was incorrect, so issuing a full correction here!
I only needed one tire replaced, so initially I tried a discount tire shop that my cousin recommended me. They sold me a faulty tire, and I ended up at Gateway two days later. They took care of me right away. No issues, no games, no trying to sell me extra stuff or upcharge me because I'm a woman. I've used Gateway on and off for several years for tires, and their service is always exceptional. I would highly recommend.”
“We were stranded on I-40 in the middle of a roadtrip and called this shop. They picked up the phone, were cheerful, and helpful. Car was towed in after 4pm and they started right in on it. These were honest and helpful folks. We recommend them highly!”

“Great experience. We went on a Saturday afternoon, had 2 tires put on in about an hour. I always used Gateway and Sams, Costco offers much better tires for much cheaper. Costco has free installation, lifetime road hazard, rotation and nitrogen air at no extra cost. They were 50.00 per tire cheaper than the other club chain. Very friendly, quick service. My new tire store!!!”
“Nothing but positive experiences from Raleigh Tire. They have completed tire replacements, repairs, and alignment work on many of my vehiclesas well as my friends vehicles.
Recently, I brought my new truck in for the first time a week ago. I was having alignment issues and needed new tires. The guys were very helpful, informative, and patient as I weighed out my options and took time deciding which tires I wanted.
My wheels are not a common size, but they still found a great option and got them in the next day. My truck was dropped off at 8 am and finished by lunchtime. Now it rides like a dream!
I am very satisfied with the service and products that Raleigh Tire provides. I highly recommend them if you are looking to have some tire or suspension work competed.”
“The Cordova location is THE BEST LOCATION! The guys in the front to the crew that repairs vehicles in the shop. Walker, Jeff, Mike, John, Cu, Reese, Ethan, everyone there is friendly and honest and they are thorough and respectful. They not only have fun and friendly to every customer that comes into that location. My car has been on their racks for a while now from the general maintenance needed to major gaskets changes and complicated repairs; these guys in the Cordova store are friendly, thorough, honest, and professional. “Your front of house is fantastic. Customer service was amazing. I usually go to the location on Poplar on east side of germantown and the lady that I have delt with is very unpleasant. When I came in for a brake inspection she informed me I was not scheduled. Then I realized I called the wrong germantown location. When I arrived on Exeter I was greated as soon as I stepped in, the gentleman that helped me was professional, friendly, and just pleasant to deal with. Communication during the repair was timely and fantastic. Even when I came to get my car 2 different staff greated me and not only took great care of me but also delt with a very difficult customer who was being very unreasonable. They kept calm and friendly while trying to help her even with her being rude and demanding. I have to say blown away by the customer service. You should congratulate your staff, they absolutely earned my business moving forward. Well done”
