Miss Marie, Elle and Jayden are the most kindest, professional, sweetest & hardest workers that I have came across everyone I order from this Starbucks. Someone please give them a raise because they more than deserve it! They make this place so much more cheerful and if I could give them a 10/10 stars I wouldn’t hesitate!

You always need to ask for your bread items from any starbucks in the wrapper, they are almost always out of date and I asked if it was in date and he said they just checked last night, good customer service, but they're selling us expired food products.

The staff is very kind but this place is extremely filthy and unkempt. Tables are dirty. Trash is always full with flies swarming on top of them and the entire place. All I ask is for the staff manager to please have this place cleaned up drastically because the atmosphere and location is so nice. It really does not take much to keep a minimum hygiene standard here.

For being a relatively new location, you would think it would be cleaner. The tables look as though they’ve never been wiped off and the gnat or whatever the flying insects are have taken over the place!! Do better Lake District Starbucks!!

Every time I come in, the order is wrong. I like to order no foam or whip so I get a little more coffee for the price. See photos. Last time I ordered a pumpkin latte and got a cinnamon latte. Unless you have time to wait for them to fix it every time, go to the next Starbucks.

I think this is for the one in Lakeland at 40/Canada Rd. I like this store. I really like the atmosphere. They got a really nice cozy sitting area with a fireplace. There's plenty of room to sit. My only issue is with the parking lot. The way they've designed it, the drive-through car is really can get in the way of where you want to park. So you get blocked in.I think they're trying to put in some pretty nice businesses in this area so it's a pleasant area to get coffee in. In my experience the customer service has been pretty good. I have not had any issues. They seem to be pretty quick and polite. (The Lakeland Starbucks at highway 64 across the street from Kroger is closed temporarily due to renovations, so this is a good second option.)*And that happy with the fact that Starbucks is trying to do union-busting. That's the reason for no five star. I would actually like some more gourmet coffee options in Memphis.Parking: Drive through gets in the way of parking spots.

Came in this morning and paid with cash and the female cashier put my change on the counter while I had my hand out. If you don't want to touch certain peoples hand find another job! So disrespectful!

The barista that has blonde hair is very unprofessional. I came to this location last week before a meeting and she was rude on that instance. I came through the drive through today with a mobile order and the young man checked me in on the intercom. She abruptly interrupted him and informed me that I needed to wait 10 minutes to join the drive thru line. However, I waited 10 minutes anyways in the drive thru line behind 4 cars. When I got to the drive thru window the barista that checked me in stated they were out of an item I ordered. Furthermore, he stated I would need to call corporate to get my money back. As a result, the employees at this location would greatly benefit from customer relations training.
