I had a decent visit during my travel to Mississippi. The guy at the counter was nice, got an energy drink and gas I was afraid to use the bathroom because it was outside but it was actually clean & cool inside. It was all better than I thought so I appreciate the experience. Thanks?

Rude racist people, my husband was racial profiled because he is Hispanic and paid cash for gas and milk, he bought. (she told him “you people don’t pay taxes and why do you bring in f*in 100 dollar bills.) We have lived in Lakeland for 10 years and today was the last day Shell in Lakeland gets a penny from me or my family.

Although there is a lock and it is individual restrooms, the manager comes and bangs the door after just over 2 minutes.

I wish I could rate this place zero stars. I try not to stop here ever because of the staff. An AMAZINGLY RUDE middle aged woman with blonde hair and glasses works here. It's a joke every time we stop in because we know she's going to say something terribly offensive about my husband's beard or what we are purchasing. I don't know why this woman works there. She clearly hates her life, her job, and all customers she interacts with. Please take your business to either of the other gas stations nearby. However, if you get a kick out of being harassed, this is the gas station for you!

The sign said bathroom unlock and Open for business. None of it was truth. Bathrooms were lock and the store was locked even with the Open sign. Disappointment. . .

Wow rude people who work here! I bought $40 in gas and went in 07/13/18 around 10am looking for ice tea that was unsweetened! So I looked around and did not find any. As I left I was asked by the lady who worked there why I spent so long in her shop and did not buy anything? I was shocked after I spent $40 in gas!

I told her that I was looking for unsweetened ice tea. She stated "What my sweet tea that I sell is not good enough for you?" I told her that it's my money I'll send it on what I want!
Never have been talked to so rude sure if rolls had been reversed I'd been on the news!

I only visited the gas pump and the bathroom; didn't venture into the actual store. The pump and men's bathroom is what you would expect; the pump takes major credit cards and the bathroom urinals have heavy lime stains (even WD-40 will break that down, come on man...) and their is absolutely no privacy for the toilet...but bonus points for a full soap dispenser. Not exactly an oasis in a desert but it does well for one of two gas stations at this exit.
