The studio is always clean and the staff, always smiling and encouraging. I highly recommend HOTWORX Lakeland! The Lakeland location is my top choice due to the environment. Ask for Frances!

One of the MANY reasons I love this place is the amount of consistent care the staff put into keeping the facility safe, operating, and CLEAN!!! Wipes and refreshing sprays are always accessible, trash is always kept up, individual saunas and bathrooms are cleaned frequently, and any (IF any) concerns are always meant with swift solutions!!

Management & staff are professional, helpful, and kind. Very welcoming environment, clean facility, and easy to use apps to help you sign up for class. The workout is absolutely incredible with a lot of variety and opportunity to grow. I have noticed a difference in stress levels, my sleeping has improved, and I feel more energized throughout the day.

I will never sign up at this location again. When they wanted to me to join, they came at me like vultures. I felt harassed to join this gym, like they were desperate. If people aren't understanding about you as a person and understanding of the times we are in, DON'T BUY FROM THEM AND DON'T JOIN.

This is my testimony myMy name is Cal HewettHi My story is about HOTWORX y’all since day one I started working out . Oh I went in weighting 175. Now am @145.8 am more tone This has been a game changer for me alone with eating right. It’s has blessed me with so much energy and feelings just awesome . Look on the bright side you not wasting your time or money when you are investing in you. Just wanted to encourage someone to step out on faith and take the time to invest in your health and your mindset as well. Great place to work out the entire team is so friendly and encouraging. I was hesitant to sign up at 1st but Sierra gave me a tour and I couldn’t resist. Mallory is always so upbeat and helpful every time I come in.

I’ve been going for a few years multiple days a week and it has really gone downhill with broken dirty equipment. I miss the days where the place was spotless and kept up with. It would be nice if management cared more about fixing things and cleaning instead of marketing, promotions, and products people don’t care about. It’s hard to get a good workout when things barely work and you are always bombarded with people trying to sell things.

This place is incredible. The customer service is immaculate. The owner, Meg, is so sweet and accommodating. Always so clean and it is such a comfortable atmosphere for working out!
