Only ever one cashier available and the line moves super slow because the cashier aggressively tries to get you to sign up for their membership by scanning it in and adding to your total and asking if you’d like to sign up. Then she has to remove it from the total and asks if you want to sign up for their credit card.

I have some Harbor freight tools that have been bouncing around in my truck for almost 8 years and they still work. Although I probably wouldn’t buy anything cordless tools they have because they’re batteries are subpar. Their corded tools work just as good as anyone else’s. You can go spend 110.00 for a jigsaw or buy one from Harbor freight for 50.00. Both will do the same job and HF does have extended warranties. It’s your money.

Good store. Very clean. Only thing was that the lady who rang me up kept asking me if I wanted to get a credit card with them even after I clearly said no several times. But other than that it was great.

Staff greeted us when we walked it. The store was clean and orderly. The bathroom was even clean.

Great customer service. They actually answer the phone when you call. Not only that, but they will not only tell you which isle, but also take you directly to a product.

So u go in and the tool you need is out if stock. In order to leave you have to walk a maze through the checkout area. Its an actual fire hazard and possibly not up to fire code.
