Brought my pup here on a Saturday as it was one of the only vets in the immediate area that was open. He had significant swelling and bruising around his groin area. We initially thought he injured himself playing. The vet took a brief look at him and immediately told us it was allergies, despite no previous history of such. Almost $400 later (shot, pills, probiotic and shampoo) we were on our way home. After a few days of more swelling we took our dog back to our normal vet (Grace Animal Hospital) and had our regular Doc look at him. He immediately told us it wasn't allergies. The swelling ended up being caused by a lipoma that had grown so large it was attaching to and impacting his bladder. We scheduled immediate surgery the next day to have it taken care of before it worsened. Had we waited any longer there most likely would have been even more serious complications.Long story short, outside of an absolute dire weekend emergency, I would absolutely avoid this place. I'm not even sure I would return to them for that, at this point. I'd just as soon flush the $400 next time and take my chances elsewhere.

My furbabies have been going here for a long time. Always wonderful customer service. My dogs hate going to the doctor but once they get there and settled they get all the love and attention they could ask for!!!! They will only let banfield do any grooming!!!! Also, the wellness plans are amazing, saves ALOT of money in the long run.

the facilities are clean and spacious, the secretaries are very sweet and attentive, the doctor was good at talking to me about my pet but one of the nurses had a very bad attitude, like she hated working. my dog had a lesion on his paw and they x-rayed it i was supposed to be called by the time the radiologist confirmed what he would have. I called for a week to be told that my dog has, they told me that they left messages for the doctor to call me, my dog continues to have discomfort and only has pain medication but no improvement. I still don't know what he has or if I should take him to another specialist for his problem because they never call me back!!!!!

I can never say enough good things about this office. They have the utmost compassion, helpfulness, knowledge, and are all around good natured people. Dr. Manzey was so gentle and kind when I had to have my senior husky Balto cross the rainbow bridge, and all of the ladies at the front echoed that compassion as well. Now I have a puppy, Tortellini, and they all take THE BEST care of us every time we come in. I will never leave this vet's office!!

Horrible customer service from the Licensed Vet Tech Anzie. I've had multiple issues with this vet tech and she continues to be employed. She is rude, has no empathy, and makes animal owners feel as though they are a bother. Don't trust the care of your precious babies to this establishment. The Manager of this this establishment didn't even care to address my concerns.

I have a 3-legged chihuahua that I will not leave with just anyone. I can leave Nova and feel confident that she'll be OK when I leave her at Lakeland Banfield--thank you all at Lakeland Banfield!

I took my Dog, Juliet, in for a routine check and vaccines in Marcg. Several tests where done, including blood work as we were traveling out of state. Juliet was suffering from a little diarrhea, but all her tests came back normal. After a check up, the doctor called us and shared that she had a clean bill of health and that Juliet was a healthy dog. As a precaution she put her on antibiotics for the diarrhea she was having. It was shared that she had a grade 1 heart murmur, but it was so mild- that no medication or further action was shared with us.The next day we drove her and her brother to Florida to our in-laws.We get a frantic call from my mother in law, they had to rush Juliet to the ER as she was on cardiac arrest, she stopped breathing multiple times on the ride and at the ER. My dog went into cardiac arrest. They brought her back 3 times and the last time there was nothing else she can do. My beloved Juliet passed away in my mother in law’s arms that morning instead of us! I shared that Juliet had a Clean Bill of Health according to Banfield. The VET shared that Juliet should have been on heart medicine and this would have been avoided. If this would have been shared during our visit with you or you would have caught this, my puppy would probably still be alive. She was our lifelong companion. My point, is that this could have been prevented if you would have taken the correct action last Friday during our visit- this was something that could have bee taken care on Friday with medication or heart surgery that day.My point is that we spent with you over 1K for her check up and another 1K during her ER visit and my puppy ended up passing away. I am writing to you to see if we can please be reimbursed for those amounts. No money will bring our Juliet back, but we feel that this is not an unreasonable request and we hope you make this right. I have spoken to Banfield twice about this and they refuse any responsability

A joke of a vet. $500,multiple visits and no answers. I take my dog to a different vet. $169 and I have all the answers as to why my dog was in such pain. They ran "wellness bloodwork" but when the new vet requested that bloodwork, nothing was checked that was supposed to be. An absolute joke.

These people take the most amazing care of my dogs. And when I questions or concerns that may sound silly. They never make me feel bad about it.
