Did my FAVN for an overseas move and the USDA physical was kicked back so we redid everything (partially reimbursed by Banfield) but now that I am trying to coordinate my pets move. I consistently get the run around. Well call you back for the third time with no call back. I’ve already delayed travel 2 months because of the lack of communication from the staff. I called again today and was told they’ll call back (need a manager). I was told three days ago that someone (office manager) was going to call and that a note was put in. I am +15 hours ahead in time zones.

So I used to go to the Banfield that was in PetSmart in the wolfchase area. I went to this one on a Saturday because it was the only vet that was open and my dog was having a bit of an emergency.
Reception: was a little bit chaotic but they also had a new girl there who was doing the best she could. They definitely got the job done and you can sell their busy but maybe could have been a little bit more organized. They were polite.
Regarding the veterinarian and my dog's care: they got us back into a room immediately. I gave all the information to the vet tech and thought she did a pretty decent job. She took my dog back to see the vet and he examined her. He also called me back to show me something regarding my dog's issue. (I will say I really like the fact that they are no longer using callers-at least on brachycephalic dogs, like pugs). The vet is an Indian man and it was a bit difficult to understand his accent but it happens. He came back into the room with a plan and explained what my dog needed. He was thorough and good. He also did give some good advice.
Overall: my only issue with Banfield is that, because they are such a large corporation, they will kind of milk you for money. I looked at the rundown of the charges before I approved everything and there we're a couple things I removed- like very expensive dog food and a medical spray that I already had at home. They don't even ask you if you want these things for your pet or how you feel about them. They just kind of added in like you're not going to notice. That's shady. I was able to reduce the bill by $75. The vet that I normally take my dog to is very transparent and before I agree to anything they go over all pricing breakdowns. After all, most of us are not made of money. I kind of feel like they use your sympathy for your pet to price gouge.

Great place...very friendly staff and the Doctors are excellent!!! Very professional environment. I would highly recommend this animal hospital. They treat you pets like their own!!! I wouldn't trust any one else with my baby!!!

This was the first time we've taken our dog to this Banfield location and we were super pleased! Took my little chihuahua "Wednesday" in for a comprehensive exam and everyone was super helpful. I expressed to the vet my concerns about Wednesday and mentioned that she's not very good with people sometimes because she gets so anxious. It was really nice to be reassured by the vet that she has 2 smaller dogs of her own that are the same and she'll be sure to help Wednesday avoid any more stress. When I picked her up after her appointment, Wednesday wasn't too stressed out and overall seemed happy. All my concerns were addressed and communicated to me and I was just really happy that Wednesday seemed to be in better hands compared to our visits to other Banfield locations (CA Petsmarts). We will definitely be back :)

I just want to thank you guys for the friendly fast very detailed work you guys do at Banfield we have had our dog going on a year and he has been going to Banfield since June 2023 and will continue going there. Even General loves going as well thank you again Banfield Pet hospital ❤️

Ever since I’ve been taking my girls to Bandfield both the staff and the doctors have been nothing but nice and attentive to my girls ?? the Doctors I’ve come across there are great my girls favorite doctor is Dr. Cummings she’s the one for the most part has been taking care of my girls and understands them and all of my concerns I love it there and love the service they have always given me and my girls thank you!!!

Banfield consistently cares for my one year old Bernedoodle. Whether it’s wellness care or a problem visit, they serve with accuracy and practicality. I would definitely recommend them to any pet parent.
