“I found a couple 2026 Chevy Traverses at your dealership online before we came so I kind of knew what I was looking for. We were greeted right away by Chris. We looked at the RS and the High Country. Chris explained the differences in the two. He was very helpful. We chose to drive the RS and I loved it! We left to drive a few more cars at other dealerships but came back to Serra for the RS. Jeremy helped us from that point and he did a great job! We were in and out in about two hours. He took the time to tell me about all the gadgets, apps, etc. in the vehicle and we took it for a spin so he could show me how the super cruise worked. We had a great experience.”

“I HATE to shop for cars. When I needed to replace my older vehicle we started the process of looking. I can’t even begin to describe how many lots we visited. So many told us what we wanted to hear over the phone to only find nothing true. My husband found Arlington Motors and a GMC Terrain. He did the car fax on it and all looked just as it was described. We drove out to see it and Justin was awesome. He knew we loved it and wanted it. He agreed to hold it for us until our down payment check arrived. He was super nice and bent over backwards to make the deal happen. He even included gap insurance and a warranty. We have had no issues with the SUV and I can’t recommend them enough. No high pressure or lies. If you are looking for a vehicle I say to give Justin a call. Smaller lots can work magic.”
