9760 US-64, Lakeland“A few days ago I stopped by and spoke with Brian Sims about my vehicle. I told him that my brakes were sticking and he said it was a front brake hose collapsing. Ordered both hoses and went to Jim Karas Nissan for service. Told them the same thing and they said it’s the brake master cylinder. Charged me $621 and the problem was still there. They (Jim Karas) said brake hoses don’t collapse. My buddy referred me to Eagles Auto Repair and they installed both front hoses and problem fixed. “OKAY it’s TODD for the win! My final review about this place after having been frustrated as a mom and voicing my opinion about my daughter’s experience. Let me do say that regardless of the experience at first, there was never any unprofessional behavior towards my daughter regarding the services received or not received. TODD has been extremely responsive and has done an exceptional job at getting my daughter’s vehicle taken care of so much so that he made sure to offer her other services if need be and kindly made sure she was able to get back and forth to work until the job was completed. Just as I thought when I saw the original 4.7 stars about this place the work has been completed as originally planned. My daughter will be back to have further work done outside of the original plan and will likely recommend this place. It was shocking to see that real customer service does still exist even when things don’t go as planned as we are all human. “I came to this store yesterday because a penny fell into my charging port and blew a fuse. I knew it was a fuse issue and wanted to fix it myself versus waiting until Monday when the dealership open. Initially the sales associate inside told me to wait until the dealership opens. However, Tracy a floating manager walked right in, told me to pop my hood and we figured it out together. She was friendly and very helpful! The men were not even trying to help at all. This was a women! Young and beautiful! Customer service top of the line!!!! I wish’s i could give her 10 stars for the above and beyond treatment i was given right before closing time.”

Less than half of what a custom shop would have charged .I will def recommend them.The masking tape that was left around windows is cheap tape that I put on when I thought I could paint it myself, this is not something maaco did.”

“Awesome customer service by Service Manager Jerry Becker. We had been experiencing several similar "loss of acceleration" issues with our 2021 Infiniti QX50. The car's computer would put it in limp mode to protect the engine. Unfortunately, these occurred on a cross-country trip this past June. The Infiniti Dealer in Springfield thought they had it fixed but it continued to do it over and over. I called Mr. Becker one day and asked if he would be willing to take a look at our car. He wholeheartedly agreed and had it repaired on day one. The issue has yet to resurface, and we are overjoyed with the outstanding customer service that Mr. Becker and his team has done for us. I have asked them to keep the car a couple of weeks and drive it daily to make sure it stays running fine as we live about 3 hours away. He agreed and we are very happy Infiniti owners. I would HIGHLY recommend this service center for all your service needs. Great, friendly and very personable staff, very professional and accommodating to us. Thank you Mr. Becker and also a special thank you to the mechanic that so quickly diagnosed the issue and repaired it. We love you guys and may God bless you all.”
