Father in law brought in at 2:00 am. Suppose to be placed in regular room, still in ER at 6:00 pm next day. Asked for water never got it. Went to bathroom in his bed and not cleaned up until family complained. He is a an 83 yr. old man, no one should be treated this way.

I wouldn’t say my experience was totally bad. First I get there and there is a mask mandate. Why I don’t know. Because half the staff and about a quarter of the patients weren’t wearing a mask. I had a 2 PM appoint with Dr. Mansour about two weeks ago. Well I get to his office and there is a note on the door saying they go to lunch from 12-1. Ok great no big deal. It was 1:15 and the receptionist from a neighboring office said it is a daily occurrence they are late coming back from lunch. Well when they did open it was about 1:20. By that time there was two people who had 1:45 appointments and two of us who had 2 PM appointments. Well I went to sign in the office staff wasn’t wear masks. The heavy set lady who I am assuming in the office manager was kind of cold and a bit rude. I finally got cold back at almost 3 PM. Almost an hour after my scheduled appointment time. That is inexcusable. Now the Nurse who took my vitials and went over my medication list with me and Dr. Mansour were very nice and helpful. Now if I can go in there and just see Dr. Mansour and his nurse without having to do deal with his front office staff that would be great. And next time I go there I will not be wearing a mask.

I really appreciated the level of care we had at LaFollette Hospital. We’d like to especially thank Dr. Delair, Lynne Holliman, and Katie Collins.
