i have bought my truck year and half ago the sales team was very nice. my complaint is on my beautiful raptor that i bought from them. they didn't fix the past recalls on the truck. in which i didn't know this cam phasers. at 90,000 miles it's now at 120292.5 miles and since then ford recalled transmission in 2017 fords but not my vin which is ***************** **** *lso has not recalled the rear defrost which has caused fire damage to wires in the back. it was cold morning in tn and my kids where in truck when it was filled with smoke less than five min of auto start. i tried to sale my truck back to short red in hopes they would see i was in a pickle and sold a lemon. 2**** **** ******* ** * *** ***** ******. i understand they are there to make money. This truck was was neglected before i came across it there is several other recalls to this model truck. I was sold a lemon. i traded two running SUVs that i trusted to drive me and my kids in worth over **** each paid over the time i have had the truck 16000. on 7/26/24 i have owner surrendered this truck over to the bank.anyone looking to buy anything do not trade make sure you have full cash.look to see if any recalls are on . and have been completed. i would drive it to another ford dealership to 100% make sure they are being honest. my truck will go to auction. i do not have time to take the truck in myself i have my fathers bills to pay as well as my own. chase at first was understanding but they failed as well in this as they are just letting it go to auction.

The salesman, Bryan, was very pleasant, patient, and great to work with. I am very particular when I shop for a vehicle and spend a lot of time looking the car over. Bryan was very patient and answered all my questions without making me feel rushed even tho we were outside at the car for a long time on an extremely hot day. They gave me a fair price for my Honda Pilot and the asking price on the Ford Explorer was slightly below market value. Charles was also very nice, realizing that I had a price in mind and we were able to agree on a price without any pressure. I would highly recommend Short-Redmond Ford.

One of the best places I have ever bought a car from, this is my 3rd purchase from Short-Redmond and they are always so friendly, not pushy and go above and beyond to make sure that I am 100% satisfied. My family and I would never go anywhere else!

All of the sales and financial services at Short Redmond was extremely great..David ***** was our salesman and he was excellent to work with I would highly recommend him. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful great experience.

Mine was a custom Maverick. Salesman was solid but the deal not so much. My trade was valued at 6K in October. 3K miles later ( 5 months) with no change to the vehicle, I’m told it’s worth ****** They also had tried to increase the MSRP due to their input error in ordering the truck. They “waived” the thousand and we compromised at $****. But I felt like I was on the defensive for most of the transaction.

Extremely disappointed with this dealership. Was working a deal for a vehicle one evening and were set up to pay the next morning and they sold from right underneath us. Extremely disappointing due to both my husband and I being Active military and when trying to maneuver work and get the deal done they did this to us.

Needed an obscure part that Ford would not sell without purchasing an $80 part. The part i needed should cost abut $1.00. JENNIFER recognized my frustration and came up with a GREAT solution. JENNIFER deserves special recognition for her efforts and creativity. Thank you JENNIFER!
