Needed a rotor for a 2009 Chevy Impala only it was priced almost 30 dollars more than the Napa parts store in Clairfield TN. But the staff we're very helpful and I appreciate the kindness they showed.

I don't understand why this place is still open randy has to order everything has nothing on the shelves. Has no staff but him. Last time I was in there all the shelf stock was in the floor and you couldn't get to the counter. Randy's hateful attitude didn't help either.

Randy always has what I need, but if for some unforseen circumstances he doesn't it will be there the next day. Sure does beat the corporate auto parts stores around town. That's the difference in a guy that knows me and his business where the other places only know what the computer screen tells them. Can't beat Spradlin Auto Parts!
