Would give minus stars but you have to give one. Bought a dryer on Thursday that was to be delivered on Sunday. Sunday comes and I get a text that the dryer has been delivered. No dryer delivered. First argument with delivery service lady says it has been delivered. "Ma'am there is not a dryer here." Second argument was with the driver who said he couldn't drive the box truck up the mountain and hung up on me when I tried to explain that log trucks drive up and down all the time. Took 2 days to get my money back. Same day delivery from local shop. Thanks Wenders!

I've been a customer of theirs for a long time and never thought it would come down to this. We've order materials online and in store shop lowes frequently, just the other day we finally got ready to paint our home and noticed the white paint was a little darker than anticipated, no big deal we bought it from lowes I'll just have it brightened right? Nope they declined to add color to my paint and now I'm stuck with it. Oh well lowes looks like my window I've ordered from you all is being returned. I will never go to lowes ever again for anything else you've lost a long time customer for life over color adding.

Wanted to try curbside pick up while I was on my way home this evening. Checked in and still after 30 to 45 minutes, No one had come with my order.
Update!!! Came out there four days later, and now they can’t even find my item???

Ordered a fridge they bring me one dinged and scratched. Order a replacement they delivered it a month after they delivered the first one! Delivery person tells my husband he can’t level it just put cardboard under it’ll be ok? Wrong my husband fixes that issue then notices the door uneven “sir that is on the manufacturer live with it!!! Called spoke with Greg said they’ll send someone Friday the 19th a week later to fix between 8-12! Nope get a call they’ll be here 4-8? Call speak with Angie she tells me tough but they don’t deliver after 4? So what does this mean? This is the 5th time I’ve wasted time waiting on delivery person! He won’t like if the same guy that delivered in the first place!! Wish I could post pics!
