My son and his family went on vacation and asked me keep an eye on his dogs. Well one of the dogs got snake bitten and I gave her benadryl till the next morning. I called Kristy she told me to take the dog to Lafollette Vets and that she will call the vet to let him know we were coming. So when we arrived they took her weight and put us in a room. the vet came in and confirmed that she was bitten by a snake and administered a shot and prescribed her meds and gave me strict instructions on her meds. I have been taking my animals for many years and I would recommend them highly. This vet is very gentle and cares deeply for all animals and understands their needs and pet parents concerns. I love the fact the vet called and checked to see how she was doing and answered my questions and said if I needed anything to call. So far so good. Thank you so much for everything.

Greedy and unprofessional. What they tell you and what they charge are two different things. Doctors don't know what they're doing. DO NOT USE!!!

Staff and Vet are amazing. Very professional and friendly that makes you feel comfortable and welcome. I know sometimes it can be hard to get your pet the care it needs medically due to the costs but here the price of the visits are affordable and if you communicate to them what you can and can’t afford or what you can do they will work with you and help so that you can get what you can afford like medications. They helped me get some options of medicines within the price ranges that was doable for me and they didn’t try to get as much money out of me they could. I would recommend to everyone!

We’re from out of state and brought in a stray that we found while on vacation here in TN…..that we planned to keep and they were AWESOME……fromentering the office to the techs and Dr Delzer…..we had a great experience!!!! They took their time with us, answered all questions and we would highly recommend them. If we could give more stars we would!!

As a veterinary service they are OK but DO NOT let them groom your pet.We asked for just a trim but our Yorkies hair was so gapped that I believe we could have done a better job.They need to find someone who knows what they are doing.On top of that it cost $48 to "Trim " a Teacup Yorkie that's not 4 months old.

Our 2 yrd old dachshund had his first checkup with the new vet at LaFollette. From start to finish, we were very pleased. Appointment was made easily. When she called the day before with a reminder, I was even offered an earlier cancelation spot if I wanted it. The vet & tech were both great... very kind & thorough. Our dog was due two immunizations, but one of them I didnt want him to have. It wasnt a problem at all. My request was kindly honored. The vet made a suggestion about a preventative that he's not on, but she was never pushy. Checkout was easy & very friendly. Prices were normal/reasonable. We were pleased with the visit, service, and care.

I used to love this place but they are just becoming more and more expensive. I am switching to a new veterinarian in Clinton. My mother now takes her pets to Clinton and what would have cost us $200 here was only $60.

Pretty upset. Took my dog in to be seen. Made an appointment. Sat there for an hour and a half until 30 minutes before closing. People who had an appt after me got seen first and I left. Not only did I first walk in and they completely ignore me and help others who walked in but slow and ridiculous customer service not to mention pricey. I should bill them for wasting my time that I could have had him at another vet. Never again will I take my dog here.
