Ronnie took care of my granddaughter's car very well. He advised on the transmission, inspected the transmission that was delivered to him and installed it very efficiently! He's the best around these parts for sure!

Set up appointment. Price quote was fair for transmission. He knew of problem with my model of truck.He checked out my vehicle. We wasn't sure if it was transmission or something else. He replaced those parts before going into transmission. It fixed the problem. Would recommend even if you had to bring vehicle from Knoxville.

Never had anything repaired here because this man has been able to address my issues and walk me through them over the phone. EXTREMELY knowledgeable in transmission repair. Your not going to find a more honest transmission shop on the state in my opinion. I don’t say this because he’s family, I say this because it’s a fact.

I moved to Lafollette about 2 years ago. So needless to say, we didn't know much about Transmission shops in the area. Luckily I was referred to the right place after calling many places. Ronny Inman @ Inmans Transmission rebuilt our 2017 Chevrolet Silverado transmission for a comparable price as the chain stores in Knoxville but still at least $600 less than them. The difference was quality parts, customer service and satisfaction, 12 month / 12,000 miles warranty and last but not least, family owned by a Christian family. Thank you Ronny for fixing my wife's truck and making our unfortunate experience as pleasant as possible.

Great service here. Got my 87 suburban on a lift within 4 days of me calling, Completely rebuilt its 700r4 in 5 days. Very knowledgeable, upgraded the weak links in the trans and added an trans cooler for less out the door than a comparable rebuilt trans online (thats not even including shipping and core charges!). Stands by their work with a 12mo warranty. Doubt ill need to use it.
