I go to dollar general a lot,
Lately, if they are open , I hate going and they're closed,waste of time and gas.
the things I go for are usually out of stock.
The check out Lane is usually a long line, depends on the date and time you go.
Most of the staff are friendly, but some are not,
it's different people almost every time I go , I still go there because if they have what I need, it's usually cheaper than food Lion,
I like it when mt dew and Pepsi are on sale,
they usually have them in stock and that saves me a lot of money .

ZERO stars if I could. It may say they are open but I’d call first!! Past 4 times I have stopped they are closed. This is usually around 6pm. Last time I stop there. I’ll just hit Food Lion next door as they are open when it says they are and they are usually cheaper!!

It's always closed in the evening for no reason, even when hours say they are open. Managers need to know about it or maybe they are the one doing it. Either way it inconvenient to everyone that shops there. We don't always want to run in Walmart for small purchases but guess what Walmart is always open when they say they are

If it was open and stocked would be a good place like when it first opened. Lately it’s closed or out of stock on a lot of item I need. Also cashier is sometimes hard to find. I just started going to the one up the valley now.

I was in there today and self checkout was out of order no cashier in sight had to shout out to get someone because the ones working there was in back of store talking you need to get rid of self checkout and keep a cashier at the register

This store is so nasty the new store manager is so so rude to her employees and the customers my husband and I heard her talk so hateful to her staff I will be calling the corporate office on her. Those people and us customers don't deserve that attitude period I will be shopping at dollar store jacksboro or some where else...??????

As usual I see way too much stuff in the isles. You aren't even able to get your kart through the isles to grab stuff.I absolutely loath stopping at anyDollar general it's just to crowded with product on pallets...No room to maneuver your kart. Oh wait...The most important thing is' how do you really want your cashier's to put all that away and still do the register and keep the store from looking like a typhoon went through it.'. They are over worked and under paid I'm sure. Obviously the stores need something done about that problem. I would really like to know who is the general manager? Do you go to these stores and check up on things? If you do I can't understand why the problem is not resolved or any better.. Thank you
