Exceptional Service and Hospitality at David Bales Buick GMC
During a recent unexpected breakdown of our truck while passing through Tennessee, we found ourselves in need of assistance and luckily found David Bales Buick GMC. Their exceptional service and hospitality during this challenging time left a lasting impression on us.
Upon towing our truck to their dealership, we were pleasantly surprised by the efficiency with which they diagnosed the issue. Not only did they swiftly identify the problem, but they also went above and beyond by providing us with transportation from our hotel to a nearby car rental service. This thoughtful gesture eased the inconvenience of being without a vehicle.
While at their dealership, we had the opportunity to view their selection of vehicles. Although they didn't have the specific type of vehicle we were looking for, we were impressed by their range of options and the professionalism of their staff.
Despite not finding the vehicle we needed, we deeply appreciate the hospitality and assistance provided by David Bales Buick GMC during our time of need. Their prompt and courteous service made a challenging situation more manageable, and we are grateful for their support.

Worst car dealership in LaFollette only kids working there does not have a transmission mechanic has to send you someplace else never buy a GM car from this place or a truck Knoxville is just a short drive much better service at one time they had good mechanics they let them go when ask for diagnostic test had no idea what that is told me I would be better off to go someplace else the owner better have a talk with his employees so not impressed

Between my wife and I we have purchased over 20 different vehicles from dealers. Our recent purchase from David Bales Sr. was by far the easiest and quickest (even with their new computer system giving them problems). We were out of towners needing a new truck (current one was giving problems while towing a travel trailer) and they took care of us with a VERY FAIR deal for both parties. We were in and out in an hour and left town very happy. Thank you for the great sale!

They are honest, give you fair value for your car and do not charge hidden costs or the laundry list of fees other dealers throw in. It made our new truck buying experience so much fun and exciting. I was a senior woman traveling alone through the mountains when my brakes felt unsafe. I stopped overnight and went to Bales GMC at 8am. Nick immediately test drove the car and checked the brakes on the lift. He was able to assure me that I could get home 12 hours to NC without a problem but advised me to see my dealer at home soon. Thank you Nick and David Bales GMC for marvelous customer service.

I worked with Kent at the dealership and he was able to give me a good deal on a Chrysler minivan. I was three hours away doing the deal via FB messenger but the communication was great, and they even delivered the van to my location. Wow, great customer service!!!
