We are moving from out of state and needed a place to store our household items in the process. Any was SO helpful! She suggested the best options for us to accommodate our needs when our original size unit was not available. She was so friendly, helpful, and kind. Highly recommend Boardwalk! Clean, safe, and accessible!!

Amy is amazing at what she does for boardwalk storage. She was showing several different size units and I was absolutely amazed at how inexpensive the units were. They are very well maintained and big enough any storage needs. I also asked about parking for a camper trailer and a boat and again it was very inexpensive with great parking with very easy access. I would definitely recommend everyone coming here for their storage needs.

I’m new in the area and was looking for a storage facility for my belongings. I was searching on Google for the best reviews and found Boardwalk Storage- Central Ave being the best place to store. I showed and it’s a gorgeous place and Amy (Facility Manager) met me at the door with a huge smile making feel like family and after seeing the units and the prices (wow so affordable) that I ended up renting a unit and boat parking since Norris Lake was so close as well. Definitely recommend!!!

Super friendly. More than accommodating. She is always understanding and willing to work with you. That makes me feel comfortable storing my stuff there bc I know that she will make every effort to ensure I don't lose my unit. I would highly recommend this place due to Mrs Hooks and her awesome customer service that goes above and beyond!!!
