Well, so much for open 24/7.. I'm literally setting in the parking lot and yo not open. What does 24/7 mean.. I'm so confused? Shell Customer Care... Can you help me to. Cause I went to Jackson County School and They've been wrong B4. Was they wrong about what they told us 24/7 ment? Cause I'm so gonna call the Principle.

The manager said she doesn't hire felons cause it's against policy, but that's discrimination cause the company policy states it does hire non-violent felons, and I think that is a lawsuit in waiting. If I could give no stars, I would.

Employee seemed more preoccupied with going outside to smoke their nasty cigarette than putting my gas on the right pump. I shouldnt have to go inside three times for a simple cash fuel transaction.

Revised 9/2022They have installed new pumps and card readers and they work great. No more frustration from getting a reader that doesn't work.

Minimum amount of fuel pumps. Tiny parking lot which is nerve racking when congested. Extremely high cigarette prices. Generic brands selling for regular brand prices. Other station 3.25 to 3.75 a pack for Sonoma [generic] cigarettes. This place 5 plus dollars for a pack of Sonoma [gauging].

I would rather give it a 0 star but they wouldn’t let you just comment or complain. But anyways, they should definitely change their hours in their website if they don’t even know what time they close. I mean they were always better when they were open 24/7 but now they close at 11. Can somebody explain (not literally explain) to me how the hell they go from 24/7 to like a few hours a day. That is how your company Talking about shells station is loosing a lot of money!!!!!!
