I don’t know why others have given a bad review. I have had such a great experience. I love my Durango that I got with Real Deal Auto! I was able to come in and trade in my previous “mom car” and make a purchase same day, with absolutely no issues. Everyone there was awesome, helpful, professional and so personable. I will absolutely look to do business with this company again. They are real, realistic, honest and very communicative. Definitely check them out if you haven’t already!

Went to look for my first car. Found a dodge journey that was $4,200. Once I started to purchase it, they bumped up the price to $6,900. Don't do business with these liars.

Had a good experience I am on my third vehicle from them and my husband’s gotten one off them If any problems come up, they’ve worked with us. Pam is always up front honest if she knows there’s something wrong with the vehicle. She let us know before you even test drive it.. deal with this car lot for 9 years almost.. and my heart goes out to Pam she worked there the whole time I went there and she lost her mama this year she worked and took care of her sick mama.. and people need to realize that this is a used car lot they cant Predict if a car is going to last few month Or years

This dealer does good business. Not understanding why they would have bad reviews. They are realistic people. Keep in mind you’re buying a used car. But these guys will have your back if something goes wrong and won’t just leave you stranded.

Absolutely TERRIBLE service, if i could put a negative review i 100% would. the office lady Pam was way too DISRESPECTFUL and i’m a very nice and respectful person but as soon as i walked in she instantly was rude, i asked a question about a vehicle and i got back an answer but in a disrespectful tone and the way she talked to me, no one should be spoke to like that when they are trying to do business. i do not recommend this place to anyone.

Everything they have sitting in their lot has something wrong with it, and all they are doing is pawning the vehicles off without doing anything to them, and most of them have a flat tier it's like they just really don't care

The lady named Pam sold me a van that she recommended. The check engine light came on as soon as I pulled off the lot. They told me three or four different times that they'd fix it and failed to do so. The engine blew up 4 months later. They are liars and deceivers. It was the worst experience I have ever had at a car dealership. I would not recommend these people to anyone.

Got a van from them 2 months ago drove off the lot and the break caliper locked up on it!! We got the part and they told us to pull the van into their shop and we had to fix the van our self!!! Said they would get us another wheel where it messed the wheel up and they never did! They came yesterday and got the van and told us now we have to pay almost $7000 to get the van back!!!! This place is a joke and all they care about is money!!!

Bought a truck last week no codes were showing.3 days later it was broke down. Had to call and have them bring a roll back to pick it up. Now they have it and seems the owner is avoiding any calls from me. I guess they just take money and run.

Bought a Honda CR-V there so far it’s pretty good besides it won’t go in a fifth gear had it it almost two weeks can’t never get no one to answer when I call every time they do answer they say they will call me back to discuss the issues with the car and what we can do about it highly do not recommend feel like I’m begging to think I’m bout to get ripped off
