Very friendly and wasn’t pushy. Easy financing and quick delivery. Delivery guys were super nice and respectful. They was very careful when bringing in the stuff.

Purchased a kitchen package. The light in the fridge never worked, on the 3rd visit from the repairman he fried the main board for the fridge and it completely quit working. Went to the store. They will replace the fridge with a similar model, however they won’t deliver it for one week. I’ve lost all the food in my fridge and this fridge has not worked correctly since we bought it. I’ve never experienced worse customer service and will never go back. It’s sad because you would think shopping locally, the business would care about their customers.

went to D.T.McCall & sons, Lafayette; didn't seem like anyone wanted to help us; went to front desk, lady behind the desk, everyone is busy. Not," sorry', everyone is busy, just everyone is busy, someone will be there in a minute, no one showed, it didn't seem like it was very many people there. The ones that did ask if we needed help, wasn't very enthusiastic, seemed like they had rather we hadn't been there. We drove 1 1/2 hrs because that's the only DT Mccall my mother-in-law wanted to go to because of previous good customer service. she was disappointed. Didn't have catalogs or any other options; if its not on the floor, we probably can't get it. wasted trip

We bought 4 Lazy Boy recliners in June of 2021. One has been worked on twice and the another has “leather” peeling off of it. It probably started around April or May, but with Covid and quarantines it was past a year before I could contact them. The store and employees have always been great, but the Lazy Boy products aren’t what they used to be. When you buy furniture you expect it to last longer than a year, but these 2 recliners have been a headache, no real trouble with the other 2, just loud mechanisms on all 4. Probably 4 customers that won’t be back because of a brand that isn’t what it once was.**Tried to add pictures, but no luck. Check your “leather” before spending your money.

I always have great service at DT McCall. I buy a lot of furniture there. I know if I ever had a problem they would step up and fix the problem. Delivery is always great. My son went to a popular furniture store and they brought him a sectional and gave him a corner pillow instead of the correct pillow, never could get the right pillow. But DT McCall would never pull a stunt like that. Good home town store with great prices.

Notice there is no star? Well they don't deserve no star. Are y'all still selling the Dutch craft mattress? Then you know your stealing from people. You admitted to me by trading 4 times with pictures also that Dutch craft mattress is no good. Well I got cheated out of 1800.00 .I tell everyone yal ate no good. I still have these two mattresses and you people cheated me out of my disability money. D.T McCall is no good. Don't go there. And like the other review I seen YES they are rude
