I was looking to avoid the big bank you are just a number attitude, and this bank fulfilled that. They have the small bank feel, but with large bank services. Every staff member at this bank is amazing and 9 out of 10 times in can call the bank direct to resolve an issue or ask a question. Highly recommend!
