I switched to State Farm & Charlie Adams after being with Farm Bureau my entire life. I only wish I had done this years ago. The service, professionalism, and care we get from this team is second to none.

Always friendly and quick to answer my questions and take care of my insurance issues. We used to live much closer to their office but stuck with them after our move because of the great customer service. Highly recommend

I'm very, very disappointed with Charlie Adams State farm agent. Purchased a vehicle on Feb. 20th 2019. Had an accident on Feb 28, 2019. A few weeks later the total loss department calls and wants to know where to mail a payoff chk. I call them back and provide the info.on3 week later I received a voicemail , they say car is deemed repairable. Today is April 30 th 2019. I still don't know what's happening. I cannot get a answer. At least a truthful one. Been told various answers with no results. I honestly don't think Charlie is doing his job. Or he's not for his clients... Go figure. Never have been treated soo poorly in 36 yrs of driving. Would not recommend Charlie Adams insurance or state farm to anyone who is looking for an insurance agent !!
