Called about getting a transmission rebuilt was told they would check to see if the guy could rebuild it and would call back. That was over a week ago and still no call.

Don't go here! I came for a transmission diagnostic that was supposed to come with fluid checks and air leak checks, I specifically asked them to check the transmission fluid the lady behind the desk was professional and nice but the mechanic definitely didn't check my fluids when it was getting cold out I was told by a friend to check my transmission fluid but didn't know how. After paying these guys 60$ for which I have a receipt that said they'd check the fluids and hoses I ended up wanting to double check because I just had a feeling, I learned how to check it myself shifted through all the gears and left it in neutral ect. And it was so low it didn't even reach the low level line I had just got this used car I ended up having to put a whole quart in it. Needless to say I'm irritated I spent 60$ for them to tell me everything was fine when if I would have kept operating my car like that Ida been in serious trouble. I hate leaving bad reviews for local businesses but I don't want anyone else to go through what I went through.

A couple of setbacks delayed my truck getting fixed the first go around but they just wanted to be sure that it was fixed correctly.I think it was fixed in a reasonable amount of time ( one week) and it has proven to be a great repair.Also the price was reasonable.Thanks guys.

stop scamming people and actually fix things and stand behind their work instead of trying to charge more money when their work fails 2 weeks later after they have kept your vehicle over 5 months which was supposed to been covered with insurance .but still somehow costed 600 dollars and didn't make it 2 weeks and screwed up.took it back to see if they would stand behind their work and hope. Said to call the insurance back . I think think know how to milk these warranties . told us he could even have the deductible covered for us. . Scammers
