“Clyiburn's folks deserve 6 stars. When I was traveling my truck overheated, and needed a new thermostat. The radiator needed replacing also. They got on it, Even gave me a lift to the library as the wait for parts took several hours. I got back on the road with no more issues. From the lady at the desk, the mechanics, the owner, to the helper, Cliburn's people are pleasant and professional. I was told the parts are warranted for a year. Cliburn's warranted their labor for 2 years. I'm a fan.”

“I called the shop when they opened. Told them I needed an estimate on a minor fix on my personal vehicle and that it would not be an insurance claim. The owner said bring it by we will see what we can do to get you fixed up. I told them it would have to be later due to current circumstances and he said he understood. Later in the day I made it by there. Introduced myself he remembered the call. Took a look at my issue and was able to give me a ballpark right there on the spot for my issue. Some issues maybe different. Cant say for sure he could do that for all issues but with my issue that was the case.Curtious , professional and helped as much as he could at the time. Was not condescending and was down to earth. I did feel as though my issue had his full attention at the time and he also give advice that I felt was more trying to take care of me as a customer then just thinking of himself. I always like to deal with locally owned businesses vs corporate owned just for this reason and Shockley did not disappoint.Will do business again. 10/10”
“Thompson diesel had to do a complete rebuild on my 5.9 Cummins engine they done a great job and where very good to deal with. I would recommend them to anyone needing vehicle repairs.”
“A couple of setbacks delayed my truck getting fixed the first go around but they just wanted to be sure that it was fixed correctly.I think it was fixed in a reasonable amount of time ( one week) and it has proven to be a great repair.Also the price was reasonable.Thanks guys.”
“I went in to get a few bulbs changed, and found I had a tail light assembly full of water from the recent rain. They offered suggestions for how to mitigate it, as well as opened it, drained it, and changed the bulbs for me. The other side needed a blinker bulb as well, and after I left, the indicator showed it still faulty. When I went back that day they took it out, checked the bulb, and then helped me find that a loose terminal connection was the issue, which they also offered solutions for me to do myself to fix it. Super bunch of guys willing to help a gal out.The only reason I didn't give five stars, is this store seems understaffed so the wait is occasionally long, and hit or miss on if they have techs that day that can do the lube side. I'll keep coming back though because of how nice the techs they do have are.”

“Final update. It's been monthes since the fixes have halpened. Every thing they said they did is just that. THEY FIX EVERYTHING. JUST LIKE THE DOOR SAYS. I am appreciative of this shop and there interpersonal communication skills. Thanxs guys.
Update. I have been contacted and my issue is being fixed. The sign on the front of the door says they fix everything. They said they will fix it.
Here I am broken down in front
of the shop. Paid over 5 thousand dollars to get my truck back and it had no transmission fluid in it.. I've been paying off geting my truck back for almost a year. You dont expect the mechanics to give your vehicle back with no fluids. I know its been here long time but you couldn't check the fluid levels before driving it down the road to test it... then giving it back with no transmission fluid is lacking on craftsmanship. So like I said I'm here at the shop atv6 am not going to work because I didn't have any transmission fluid... you said you test drove it... I put 3 quarts in myself to get to the shop in 2nd gear all the way from home. ...I need this to be made right...
I have given this place every extra $ I could since the truck got worked on. Not fair.”
