Great wash! Didn't miss a spot. Love they provide microfiber towels to dry up the drips and also they provide window cleaner. Vacuum was powerful. I got the monthly membership because of the value given how many times I wash my Tahoe.

Does a decent job for an automatic car wash and I LOVE that they provide towels and windows cleaner. It why I always go here. The vacuums are hit and miss but usually at least one side has good suction.

Good car wash but not having a covering over the vacuum area is a major design flaw…this is a strong deterrent from choosing this car wash over others; I had to vacuum my rental car last minute in the rain. However, the car wash itself is nice and the employees are friendly; price is good.

I was a loyal Washtopia customer for several years, and the quality went down over time. At the La Vergne location, every time I would go through the wash, the car would be left with soap residue and soap spots on the driver side, leaving the car looking worse than when I took it in. It happened many times before I canceled my membership. Also, the suction on their vacuums is weak and they don't do a good job picking up particles in the floorboard.

I love the results of the wash , however there were sooo many people there I could not vacuum my car and could hardly turn around to get out of the area ! Otherwise my car shines like New Money !Thank you for the free bee !
