What can I say about Walmart? The one in LaVergne is horrible about any help with something. The one in Smyrna is better. I needed a large bag of miracle grow put in my cart. Not an outrageous request. I ended up leaving the Walmart in LaVergne and drove to the Smyrna one....they did it with about a 5 minute wait for a person to come to gardening for me.

Whoever is the manager of this location should be fired. Twice I went into this location(I don't know any other location since I just moved here), and when checking out there is always a HUGE line. They close one self checkout and the one that is open is only credit cards. And they have only 2 registers open. I realized that the front-end manager sends every employee on break at the same time. So, it takes 30min to check out. Now, I just go to Smyrna location which my husband told me to go.

I was stopped at the exit of the store this morning 7/23 at around 9am by two women working as greeters. I had purchased a backpack and other items. After checking out and paying for my items I put my smaller purchases in the backpack. No one was stopped before or after me to check their receipt. I was stopped and she looked in my bag. All she did to stop me was ask me in my face a few times if I had purchased the backpack or if it was a personal bag. While the second women was smirking behind her. I told them that it felt racist. And in the end they’re holding up racist and classist policies. But it is Walmart so…
They don’t pay ya’ll enough to go hard on a 56$ purchase.

The boxes are closed, one cashier is waiting and 10 boxes are closed for 37 minutes, I was in line to pay, the machines where you pay on your own, the line is huge. I don't like shopping at Walmart but there is no other supermarket that competes with it. lower prices, everything is taken advantage of and the products are overrated, no way the monkey game??

Don’t ever order delivery. They missed the one item I really needed and wouldn’t get anyone to deliver it. Cuter service overseas Just offered to help me start a new one.

Its kind of sad when, not 1 employee has anything good to say about the manager at this location... manager is intentionally running this location into the ground.. and they seem to only hire Middle Easterners..and they're about the laziest employees in the store...

It’s 7:30 on a Saturday night and they only have two cashiers open. The place is so unorganized and not stocked.

Don't know how this or any Walmart gets a rating higher than a 2.0.
Went to get some alcohol pads and the item I wanted was stocked with another item that belonged nevt to it and the item I wanted was on the overstock shelf above the modular. If I did not know to look up there I would not have been able to get the 1 item I came in for.
Very frustrating that this Walmart continues
to hire incompetent employees incapable of stocking shelves correctly, as have encountered this scenario on SEVERAL occasions.
Tried calling the store several times to speak with management about this situation, but no one seems to answer the phone. If someone does, the store management teams will not pick up.
Tried calling the "800" number, but there you only get individuals who are not in the US and speak broken English at best and can't comprehend what you are saying. One of the worst companies that have TERRIBLE customer service!!!!

Today I watched the Self-Check Out Associate advise to the young man that was assisting her to scan my water to ensure I paid for it. She didn't know that I saw her tell him that, but once I asked the location of the Customer Service Manager, his facial expression changed. The Self Check Out on the grocery side was only open with a few more lanes open. Mind you, I have been through the self check several times with water, and have never had an associate scan my water. When I was finally able to locate the Team Lead she advised that wasn't her home store, she was just helping out, but that there is policy for them to scan some of the items out the cart. I being a former manager for Walmart asked when did that policy went into effect, she had no explanation, or care. I know Loss Prevention policies, I also understand point of sale. There was no reason for the Associate to insinuate that I alone could not be trusted to scan my own water, in fear that I would steal the water. It was rude, un-dignified, and demeaning! Train better La Vergne Walmart!

The people are very friendly, the only thing is that if you carry a lot of things you cannot scan them yourself, you have to go to the ATM and sometimes it is very full.

I order my groceries on line and have them delivered. I started this during the pandemic and just continued. Very convenient.
