I don't know why the employees here are so dissatisfied, but it's pretty evident they would rather be anywhere else but their job. I went to mail a package yesterday and was rudely told I had to do everything myself. No help to decide what was best for my order. Then one of the workers was helping another guest and when that guest left, proceeded to speak negative about that customer. What the actual heck??!! You are there to help not to gossip and be so dang mean. Then as my transaction was wrapping up, I received no eye contact, just my receipt and while I am still standing at the desk, the lady who assisted me proceeded to get on her phone. Absolute worst customer service I've experienced.

The worst service ever at a post office. I wanted to change my address and since my new address is very close, the person who helped me suggested that since I received little mail I shouldn't change it, she said that I should keep the old address. I don't trust her to make the change,

Worst customer service I’ve ever received! Delivery said attempted and I was sitting outside the entire time so couldn’t be the case .then Go up there because it says pickup at location but was just gave nasty looks and attitude . They need beyond a negative rating . Please consider re staffing this facility. No one should be treated the way they treat you . Shame on these hateful people !

Post office employee who delivers in our neighborhood is constantly delivering mail to the wrong address. To many complaints from everyone in our neighborhood.

I would leave zero stars if I could. There are no checks and balances for these places. They can lose your guaranteed package with no recourse for you. If you care about what ever you have to deliver never use usps they are garbage at their jobs.

CHANGE IS NEEDED! MY mother was disrespected at this government establishment for absolutely no reason. You need to fix the attitude of your employees. I refuse to accept the negativity this post office is spreading — it was once a great place with employees who respected customers and took care of their packages. Get it together!

Got to this location at 4:21 and they were already closed. They never answer the phone and gave multiple different responses to why my mail is on hold. I still have not been able to get in touch with someone for the past week.

If you are not happy with your job, just find something that makes you happy throwing packages and showing frustration in front of customers is not the way to do it..

Sign says they open at 8:30a I got there at 8:20a on my way to work ibwaited til 8:45a and this place still wasn't open for service, what's the point of office hours if you don't care to use them?

I mailed my kids' tests to their school since we do a form of hybrid homeschooling. It was addressed to their school in Hendersonville TN, but somehow ended up at this post office. I have opened a ticket with the PO so they are starting an investigation. I also called and waited on hold for 40 mins and finally spoke with someone. I strongly encouraged them to read the reviews on this PO and get someone to investigate what's going on. There is definitely some shady stuff that needs to be addressed. She elevated my concerns to the next level, but I don't have high hopes for my kids' tests being found. What a nightmare!
Thank the Lord my kids tests showed up at their school today!!! Still from all the reviews this PO should for sure be investigated.

Package destined for Florida somehow got picked up at the counter in La Vergne, TN by God knows who. No getting through on the phone to this place....not good.

i have called a total of 235 times. my package was delivered here by accident tracking says someone signed for it yet it had a Florida Address. If i was betting i think the workers are scum stealing packages.

Mailed a bill from there 2 weeks ago and they still haven't gotten it these people that works there don't care and need to get fired every one of them they act like they hate working there anyways and it shows
