Last 3÷4 weeks, no agents to serve customers. Lobby closed, no sign when will be open closed, etc. The 1-800 is no help on this closed lobby. Cannot ship packages nor priority mail. Etc.

They scanned a parcel as delivered on Monday but it didn't show up till Wednesday. I'm still waiting for my drivers license it's been over a month.

Failed to deliver an Amazon package sent through usps the person assigned to deliver claimed driveway and front door were blocked undeliverable carrier lied and never made an attempt to deliver and said they would reattempt delivery which still has not happened usps wonders why they are going out of business

There's no way to find a phone number for this post office. I found two online with the correct area code, but both are dead numbers. The only option is to cal the USPS national phone number.Their drivers seem to be getting more and more careless as the years go by. I've lived at the same address for two decades and it seems like things have gone noticeably downhill over the past several years. My neighbors' getting my mail a lot, and vice versa.Today they failed to deliver items I'd ordered on Amazon saying they "attempted" doing so but that my driveway and access to my front door was blocked. Um . . . No, that's impossible. Unless AIR is not a hindrance to making their rounds. Because that is all that has stood between the street I live on and my front door today--air.But it's all good. I can use a competing postal service next ti- Oh drat.

The worst post office in the United States, they play with people's time. I just moved to La Vergne and because of my business I have to come here frequently. In a week of coming every day I have found the office open only once. They close one hour before opening hours and open two hours after opening hours. They should close it permanently because it spends more time closed than open and the employees have a very bad treatment with the people who frequent the place.

The worst post office ever. It's closed half the time I show up during normal business hours. I have waisted so much time and can't get my packages.

Garbage USPS location service is horrible. The employees are late to open the post office, yet close up 30 minutes to an hour earlier than it says. Save your time and go to a different post office if you can. In most cases it’s not worth it at all here.

I arrived at 4:05 to drop off a package and the rude employee told me that she was closed early because she was the only employee and had not help. Can they do that??
