Don't use this company!!! The drivers are unabled to deliver properly and do not know how to drive their trucks. I ordered from a company who used this service who assured me they would deliver at my house but come the day of after taking off of work they said they cannot deliver at a house and it must be dropped out the road. They want you to sign and be liable for the package to potentially be stolen. Steer clear of this company!

The driver parked in front for two minutes, saying the engine wasn't ready on the pallet, which is false.

Stop accepting deliveries to residences!Apparently this company is out of Bowling Green Kentucky, and they only have tractor trailers. They accept resident deliveries, they don't own box trucks so they can't deliver to your residence. You have to meet them somewhere on a highway and have some guy help you put it in your truck so you can get it to your residence.To this company, if you can't buy a box truck stop accepting residents deliveries, and you will stop getting negative reviews. I'm a contractor very busy and I have to stop my day, work around your hours, not mine, waste my time to go help you do your job.

T Force Freight, a subsidary of TFI, has taken over all of the existing UPS Freight division. All the people are the same and it runs just like it should. Just as much as people has trusted the UPS Freight division over the years for their logistical needs, they can expect the same or better service with TFORCE.

Shipped a few freight items now and everytime they mess something up or are days late on pick all 3 drivers I've had come were smoking and talking rubbish the whole time they were at my business deff won't use again just a dirty company

If you are ever on site to drop off pickup or otherwise conduct busines, remember to take off your shoes; for you are on holy ground. Make sure to sit at the stop sign for atleast a minute or two before moving forward(3 couldn't hurt). Don't drive any more than 5 miles an hour. If these guidelines are not followed you may just subject yourself to a verbal chastisement or firm harassment from a very clearly insecure, short sighted "tough guy" type terminal manager who gets a buzz off of yelling at people in front of his employees. He should really learn some people skills, start a stamp collection or maybe get therapy. If anything this made for some great comedy but I'd highly recommend avoiding this joint altogether.

TForce : LTL Delivery Service: Just received a delivery of 2 large skids, ~4000 lbs, delivery representative was very helpful, friendly, and efficient. Super heavy pull, he needs an ELECTRIC pallet jack on board!!!

This Nashville terminal has my approval. Within 30 minutes of my order showing it's arrived they had it pulled and ready for me to pick up.
