Very bad business. Keith answers the front & seems like he has split personalities one min he’s kind and the next he’s condescending and short with you. Steve in service just tells you anything and is not in tune with the mechanics. They are not a good company. They will try to get over on you. The people leaving nice reviews have the wool pulled over their eyes for now.

10 stars!! Family friendly and got me out under 20 minutes with new tires!! Brought my 3 kids under 7 years old and it was a super smooth experience!

I went here to get tires and breaks checked . I was told I needed one tire but I should change all 4 then they came back and told me I needed a tire sensor .
I got that done with an alignment. When I was checking out I was told my sensor light for my tires might come on but it would go off eventually, I believed him .
I was in a rush having to drive to Florida as I told him . I drove to fl and the censor is still on , I believe they installed a bad censor .
I paid 800 out the door this was the worst experience ripped off .

I had a flat trailer tire. Pulled up a few min before they opened and they had the tire and got me in and out no problem. Good folks.. ??????

I brought my truck in with a vibration that I had in the steering. I had already taken it to a different shop and they failed miserably, fixing it. Within a couple of hours, they knew the issue AND had it fixed. The whole time they had my truck, they kept constant contact, as well, letting me know everything that was wrong and what they were doing to fix it. I can not say enough about Kevin, Ryan and Steve. They are amazing!

I had something stuck in my tire and was advised it couldn’t be plugged, so after calling around and going to two other shops, I found these guys had my tire size in stock which typically has to be ordered. Not only was in stock, but they were running a discount tire sale for the week, and I was able to catch the last day of the sale to get an amazing price for the tire and labor. They even tried to see if they could repair my tire without having to replace it when they easily could’ve pushed for a sale. From the moment I called, got to the store and left, I had a great experience. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, the waiting area is very nice, and they got me in and out quickly. I also observed how they interacted with every customer around me and how phone calls were taken. Again, friendly, knowledgeable, reasonable, honest and a professional crew. I would absolutely recommend and will for sure be back to give them my business!

I got a set of tires here, as well as a much needed alignment, and the experience far exceeded other dealers/tire shops. They were pretty busy and still got me out in reasonable time. The customer service was stellar and so was the price.2 I’ll definitely be back when needed and I highly recommend.

The guys at Tire World La Vergne were so friendly and helpful. Was on vacation- needed flat tire replaced and they got us back on the road quickly. Highly recommend them.

Fairly priced, and kindly people. In the the same price range as Walmart, but better qualified personnel. Will air up your tires for free. Also, rotate tires for free if you bought them there. I'm sure that's to inspect you breaks and sale you replacement pads and rotors if needed. However, no high pressure sales. They will do most any service job except muffler and exhaust work. They have a free do it yourself air pump outside, but it's out of order due to heavy use at the time of this review.
