They sold me a rusty car, things were going on with it when i go get it fixed the mechanic would tell me how rusty it would be. I had fixed on that car so much for so many problems. They will lie and act like they just put brand new things on the car its a lie. They sold my friend a cruz it over heated, buttons stopped rolling down the windows and so much more and they came and got her car, the man stole her carnote money out the car after we had just got it from the bank they wouldn’t make it right as they sold her a lemon and then she was also out of her money. She shouldn’t have had to pay them carnote money anyway til they made it right.

They tried to come repose my car after almost paying it off, that’s why they weren’t trying to contact me or nothing after i had already told Sharon things that was going on personally. They made me email pictures and so many other things and she tried acting as if they were going to give me time to pay. I even had made sure i kept insurance on my car and i know they saw that. So soon as I’m almost done paying it off could have paid off this year they wanna come try taking it. I contacted a lawyer because one they’re holding my plates hostage knowing they cant do that & two they tried to be sneaky. They not a real car lot no way because they give cars without having a valid license just ID. I just put so much nee things on that car for them to do something like that.

DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP! THEY DO NOT RESPECT YOUR CHOICES AS A CONSUMER. ON 08-19-2024 THEY TRIED TO RUSH ME INTO BUYING A CAR AND WHEN I OPTED OUT, THEY STILL RAN MY CREDIT AFTER I LEFT! Their vehicles are high mileage and over priced! Check KBB!!!! I feel discriminated against and disrespected by them treating me this way!

My wife and I just bought our second vehicle from this dealer and we couldn't be happier. They went above and beyond to get us exactly what we were looking for. Both of the vehicles we have purchased from here were in excellent shape. Very clean and well maintained. Tinkham will get all of our business from now on. Thank you guys!!!

John was great but that was it. When looking at the 1995 v6 Camaro I was told the AC was fixed and after taking the car to a mechanic I was told the AC compressor is leaking (also a handful of other problems some not dire but some are). After arriving back they had the audacity to ask for more money (for an air compressor) on an already overpriced vehicle. I understand I was told it would be more to fix the AC if it wasn’t just Freon but was lied to that it was fixed in the first place.

I paid my 7,000 dollar truck off recieved my title. Next I get a call saying I owe 150 dollars I already had my title I didn't give it to them cause our busses was over they they broke the law and still are they reported that I didn't pay off the loan as pending that is against the law I called them with informal complaint. Next will be formal complaint.
Stay away from this place . The told me my last payment was made with a credit card that didn't go through if it didn't why did I recieve my title they have ruined my credit I'm not just gonna.let it slide

The worst and I mean the worst dealership you can buy a car from,I had communicated with the staff saying just give me until my paycheck and I will have the money for insurance payment on a Friday only to see them repoing my car the same day I had told them,bottom line don’t ever buy a car from here because they will screw you on purpose, I also had to come back a couple times becuase they sold me a car with many problems. P.s my car notes were paid on time they just took my car out of a power trip they have ,i recommend any other dealership as well it wasn’t,they could say it wasn’t under the same name all they want at the end of the day they are BAD BUSNIESS AND DESERVED TO BE SHUT DOWN

Bought my car here for a little over kbb value. The First week I owned it issues with the alternator and anti theft system started occurring. I had to replace the blower motor as wellfor the air conditioning and It also had a water leak from the sunroof drain that fried the keyless entry module. It’s been through 3 alternators in less than a year. I spent $3500 fixing the anti theft problem and the transmission is going out now. Bad car, bad buy, all around.
