DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP! THEY DO NOT RESPECT YOUR CHOICES AS A CONSUMER. ON 08-19-2024 THEY TRIED TO RUSH ME INTO BUYING A CAR AND WHEN I OPTED OUT, THEY STILL RAN MY CREDIT AFTER I LEFT! Their vehicles are high mileage and over priced! Check KBB!!!! I feel discriminated against and disrespected by them treating me this way!

Purchased a car through them and it quit 11 days later. They towed it to their mechanic of choice, Morris Automotive. Took 3 weeks to find out what was wrong with it. Then said it would be done by the July 3rd per Morris Automotive. Waited til today July 3 at 4:45pm to call them only for them to tell me the wrong part was order! Now saying the part won't be here til the 8th. Smfh Do as you will with this info.

literally pathetic.bought a car here summer of 2022. engine blew up 2 weeks after i purchased it.got a replacement car here, check engine light came on. told me not to worry about it. had a blow out one day and realized on the side of the interstate that there was no spare tire. now my car (2016 kia soul, extremely overpriced) is unwritable on ANY insurance company. they told me that they would secretly let me drive a car i’m leasing without full coverage (illegal) but that they couldn’t help me get a different car regardless of it being insured or not. told me my best bet would be to park my car and not drive it but continue making my $400/month payments until i’ve paid off enough to be able to trade for a different car. i am currently paying $800/mo between my payment and insurance and my insurance company told me i would be cancelled next month because of driving a kia. they do not care and hung up in my face when i called to try to negotiate. my lawyer is being contacted.oh and i’ve paid $400/mo every month, on time, without fail, and somehow still owe over half of my original purchase price (even tho i put down $3,500). my money is being played with.

Sold me a lemon. Told me maintenance was done on it, lies. I ran an OBD2 scanner on my Nissan altima after it started putting only having the car for 2 months, put less than 5k miles on it for them to repo the car and the owner took it apon himself to email me to let know he auctioned my car for less than half the price I paid. Throughly upset I put the only money I had into this car for these people to ruin my life to benefit theirs.
